It been a month since I received an email that my order had been approved. Since I have gotten no notice about my order.

While I have not received our order yet the experience has been great thus far.

After placing my order online I was contacted by Holly. She just wanted to be sure that I ordered the correct cushions for our Berlin Gardens pieces.

Her inquiry helped find a mistake in my order helping to avoid self inflicted frustration later.

We just received the white cedar glider just before noon today. The 2 boxes had everything we need to put it together and all was in perfect condition. We’ve decided to stain/waterproof everything before we put it together since it’ll be easier on our backs to do a thorough job. We look forward to getting a lot of use out of this for years to come. We’ll add a picture once all is completed.
Came back to our interview and there is no link to add a picture. Toobad because it is so beautiful!

So far, so good. Haven’t received our riviera slings yet but look forward to that. Have watched the YouTube video which I think will help alot.

After several days looking for help to replace 2 sling back patio chairs, we were not able to find help replacing the fabric for new slings. Outdoor Furniture Plus came to the rescue! Not only will they replace the only sling that will fit out chairs but they messaged the day after my order to make sure I was buy the only replacement that would fit our chairs!

John was a great help in ordering my replacement cushions and the selection of the fabric.

First, your company had exactly what I was looking for. The information on the cedar swing was very clear. The transaction went smoothly and there was excellent communication with your organization afterwards. In fact, I was rather surprised when I received notification that the swing had been shipped- just two days after my purchase. That's excellent customer service and support! Not many organizations do it as well as you have.

Ok to assemble. Delivery quick. Some holes not pre drilled. Had to guess on all cross pieces. Solid once assembled.

The website makes it easy to find what you want with no trouble. I had been searching for a planter for a little specimen tree and I found exactly what I wanted. The finish is super smooth and beautiful! It arrived quickly and was even better than what I had hoped for.
