Customer service was excellent and the dressing table and mirror was of excellent quality and I am really pleased with how it looks within the bedroom.

I saw a beautiful picture on there website on emailing they were brilliant fast in responding asked all my enquires and kept me updated from payment to item being delivered and delivery was superb item was very well packaged as not to be damaged in transit I will definitely be shopping again and recommend this company to anyone

Really thought I was being ripped off after reading the bad reviews but received my picture eventually. Ordered on the 1st January and received it on the 12th March. Pleased with my picture (although a little less detail than pictured). As I live in Wales I was told after I ordered it that they couldn't deliver to me until they had other orders from Wales even though I paid for delivery. My advice would be don't bother if you live too far away unless you're happy to wait up to 10 weeks like I did.

We ordered the crushed diamond dining table about 11 days ago and it was delivered today, we were told tomorrow so it was a nice wee surprise. The item came on a pallet and was well protected. As we live North of Inverness we thought that there would be an issue with delivery but none at all. Pleasant experian e from phone enquiry email update to delivery. The Mrs is happy that will do for me.

A Time slot was given for delivery and he arrived on time. He Brought all the furniture up stairs and unpacked it all and put on the handles and put it where we wanted it , we had to do nothing.amazing company ❤️
