Having seen this 80cm square wall clock in a photo I looked everywhere and found it on the Outlet Mirrors website. I looked around further and could not believe that the price was so reasonable against other suppliers. It was delivered by the companies own drivers and was unpacked in front of me so that I could check it. It was all fine. This personal service protects the customer and retailer and ensures that the product is in prime condition. Thanks for all your help

Furniture not fit for purpose and appallingly service. Ordered Monica package (dressing table, mirror, stool and 2 side cabinets), and paid a substantial amount for the furniture, but within 5 months both side cabinet corners have cracked despite ensuring the utmost care. Draw on the dressing table has also cracked. Wrote to the company stating furniture not fit for purpose, it’s dangerous and daughter has cut her head on one of the shattered corners and requested a refund (issued photos showing the faults). Company didn’t even offer to partially refund any money but instead responded “you’re probably best selling it off to one of the retail sites to get some money back”. Contacted them again as not happy with this response reiterating their furniture is in-usable, it’s not fit for purpose but have continued to ignore me request. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this company

The delivery took place on schedule by 2 gentlemen who unpacked the item, photographed to ensure no damage, they were polite.

Firstly the gentlemen who delivered were very polite and professional. I did not have to wait too long for my delivery. The mirrors came well packaged and I was also kept fully up to date of delivery dates etc. Would recommend this company and use again in the future.

Excellent service from ordering my beautiful dressing table, mirror and stool to it being positioned in the bedroom.The Driver was on time and cleared away the rubbish as well.The furniture is stunning and was cheaper than any other website.Ordered one day received it the next.

We did order from another company originally who's service was a so so bad and we could not get a response to any emails or delivery so we cancelled our order and had to do a bank chargeback and now I'm so glad I chose to shop with outletmirrors again.
