Looked like a great buggy. We needed to return our nipper as we couldn't quite get it in/out the house. We provided details of our return in an original email. 6 weeks later and our twins have arrived. After an email chain of 17 emails they are still asking for information we provided in our original email. Never had any response from the customer service number, ever! Totally unacceptable to deny a young, new family a substantial amount of money despite being provided with everything that Out n About have asked for over and over again. Unacceptable

Bought the v6 Double Plus for running with the two little ones. Outstanding bit of kit. Love the easy folding mechanism, the hand brake and the lock/unlock options on the front wheel.

Ordered a bearing set and brake bar. Watching the instructional video on the website it states you will receive new rivets (as you have to drill the old ones out to remove). These are not sent and when questioned, the answer is well we can send the critical parts you need but they’re not included. Same with replacement bearings - website ad shows a full set (2x plus new circlip) but one loose bearing is shipped. Questioned and again the feedback is well we can ship it but that price is for one bearing only - completely different to the website narrative and massively over priced for a standard bearing. Very disappointing as you don’t actually get the parts you need to complete the job and you just feel like you’ve been ripped off.

Absolutely useless customer support. I returned a V5 pram in order to swap it for a Nipper V6. The original pram hadn't even been unpacked when I asked to return it. I was told that this would be no problem, and I would get refunded. The parcel was delivered by DPD (this could be checked quite easily with the tracking nr) to the Out'n'about returns department last Thursday. Despite the many phonecalls that I made and that were never answered and many, many emails, I have still not received the refund and Out'n'about have still not even checked with the returns dpt that the parcel has indeed been received by someone called Dan at their own returns department at Little Saxham. A complete disgrace and utter shambles

Great product! Delivery was fast and efficient and the build was easy. The out n about is sturdy and I can’t wait to try it on different terrains. Would highly recommend it! The bag is also super handy with its different compartments and even has an insulated bottle holder. The attention to detail is really impressive.

Great service and lovely products

They solved my issue in appropriate manner. My only feedback is that responses were very slow but I presume it was due to being before Xmas and festive period.

Good packaging, easy to put together, arrives 90% complete. Very impressed with overall feel and quality, feels premium all over.

Been over all sorts of terrain, hills and snow already. It is big even when folded so ensure space available to transport, store. 5 stars.

I had a the Nipper V6 Pushchair delivered on the 20th December and it has collapsed 4 times whilst on a walk with my baby in it! I have been trying to get hold of someone from Out & about since the 30th of December via chat, phone call and email but no one is responding! It is now the 6th of January and I still have a faulty dangerous pushchair.

We absolutely love the Out’n’About Nipper Double stroller. Setup was incredibly easy and straightforward, it was out of the box and ready to go in no time. The ride is super smooth, even on uneven sidewalks and outdoor paths, and it handles so well for a double stroller. It feels lightweight, easy to maneuver, and doesn’t feel bulky or hard to push, even with two kids. The seats are comfortable, the canopy provides great coverage, and it folds down easily for storage and transport. Overall, it’s practical, well-made, and clearly designed with parents in mind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, smooth, and user-friendly double stroller!

Very poor customer service. I ordered my Out'n'about Nipper Double V6 Plus on 28th November and was due to be delivered by 24th December. I had a tracking email from the company on 11th December to say it had been dispatched and was arranged for delivery on 17th December. This date came and went and it was not delivered. I contacted the courier who said it would need to be Out'n'about who contacted them. I phoned, emailed and live messaged on 18th December, no response, same 19th December. No response. I am still awaiting responses as of today 5th January! The telephone just rings off, the live chat does jot connect and emails go unanswered.
Very poor customer service.
I can not comment on the buggy as I have not received it yet and don't know when I will. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to request a refund.

Amazing company excited to try the stroller

Five stars! The stroller came quick and was well packaged and explainable. Love the rain cover and so thrilled to own it. One thing today I was wishing for, was, cup holders or some sort of bottle/drink holder!!

We received our Nipper V5 double and I’m super impressed! It has a great quality design, sturdy, rolls easily, handles uneven terrain easily and soooo much more narrow than another double jogger I’ve tried. I can actually comfortably fit through a door without having to finagle it every which way to get through. The bassinet attachment is great and sturdy, a little narrow, but not narrow enough where baby isn’t comfy. Very pleased!

Poor customer service can't answer questions slow to reply to emails and don't answer the phone. Products aren't as good as they're cracked up to be. Products and parts seem to be out of stock a lot. Having placed 2 orders the first I paid next day delivery on which was waste of money. Very slow to be sent out arrived about a week later. Tried to complain but went un answered. The second order was ok having learnt my lesson not to pay next day delivery. Personally if I didn't have already have an Out n About I'd not buy from them again. But unfortunately the only place to get parts is from them. Hopefully they up there game and sort out the service.

Bought a V6 double and front rider, the V6 had a terrible quality finish on it - the ends of fabric and just generally not good quality, I was offered replacement fabrics, which they didn’t have, then 10% refund which I declined, I packaged up and sent all back and have never been refunded for the front rider, I have e mailed now 3 times and am being ignored, terrible customer service and a total scam, avoid
