I used to use outnet.com A LOT, mostly because they stood apart from the competition in having all the garment measurements for all the items. Their customer service was always excellent and dealing with them on the phone was a breeze. Then they decided to update their software apparently, what a nightmare. Half of the times, one cannot log in, the other half, one cannot add items to the cart, I have complained bitterly many a time, having to resort to phone orders or exchanges. One could not, and still cannot consistently, access one's order history. In the UK at least. Worse still, they scrapped all the sizing information. I buy 80% less from Outnet, solely because of this.

I strongly believe that their rate of returns would halve if they provided garment measurements and more descriptive size and fit information. It is also very frustrating for me as a consumer to pay often automatically imposed express delivery charge, to later have to return the garment because it doesn't fit, and lose my delivery fee which Outnet do not refund. I simply would not have ordered an item, and go through all the pain, if they put size measurements for that specific item online. Is it so difficult to have a junior ensure that each item that is put up for sale, especially dresses and skirts has waist, hips and length measurements? I shop much much less with them now compared to other providers solely for these reasons. Calls to Outnet just leads to apologies, and recognition that I am one of many highlighting the very same issues, and that they will pass the notes onto the software update team, but NOTHING has changed in the last 3 years.

I bouth 2 dresses for Christmas parties with next day delivery. Not only they haven't arrived but they don't know when they will. I asked for a refund as I needed for this weekend and I've been told that the refund will be done once they will receive the shipment back as at the moment is lost somewhere in DHL hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!

Good products slow service and returns...

I’ve been an OUTNET regular client for several years and their service has always been impeccable. Fantastic offers, delivery always on time, returns very easy to do through UPS and refunds always done within an acceptable timing, never sent me a wrong order and show care about the packaging and presentation, I’ve ordered two evening long skirts and each one came inside a long cover with an hunger.
Based on my experience I would recommend OUTNET to other clients.

Love The Outnet for great designer bargains. Everything always comes in a great condition and you can't go wrong with the free returns service.

One star is taken off for it's new returns system. It used to be really straightforward, ticking off each return on a pre-printed form, but now you have to go online and individually mark off the returns. The returns system is also not compatible on the app on my iPad or phone - I need to log into the site from my laptop.

I decided to try this website and purchased a pair of trainers yesterday while they had 25% off offer, I got an email asking for an authorisation code from my bank which I had never in my life been asked before, but I took time and contacted the bank and emailed them the code within minutes. Today comes and I get email saying that they did not get the code but that they were sending the shoes anyway. Later on I got an email saying that my order was cancelled as they got out of stock and suggested I find something else!!! By this time the offer was over and I got discouraged to buy from this company as they seem to constantly have issues with stock count (item keep showing in stock when they are not). Overall one of the worst experiences online shopping so far. On top of this my money hasnt been refunded so far!

rubbish - I wonder if this is due to cost cutting and Yoox now owning them. I ordered something - wrong item sent - in the meantime the item I wanted is sold out. I can't even get into my account at the moment.

Ok I was a little worried when ordering from The Outnet but really I have no reason to complain. I ordered purchases over xmas break so it took a little longer to get to me. The only thing is that I had message the company via Instagram to send me the tracking details for my purchase. But they responded immediately and my purchases came in excellent condition.
