MY FIRST ORDER WITH ‘ OUT OF THE CITY ‘ MAINLY DUE TO A GENUINE SALE ON SEVERAL COUNTRY LABELS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXEMPLARY, MY JACKET WAS DISPATCHED IMMEDIATELY USING A 24 HOUR TRACKED SERVICE, ARRIVING THE NEXT DAY. HAVING CHOSEN A DELIGHTFUL BLAZER FOR MY AUNT WHO LIVES IN GERMANY.

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a Joules jacket which arrived promptly but unfortunately didn't fit. The returns process was simple, I was able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect the next day, they supplied the label and a refund was issued as soon as they received it back. Prices were highly competitive and they offer a good selection of quality clothing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
