Outway was very understanding when I made a mistake on my order. They immediately sent me new socks in the right size and told me to share the ones that were the wrong size with someone else. I thought this was a pragmatic solution for everyone, they get to share their product, I get my size, this reduces environmental impact by reducing return shipping.

I reached out to the Outway team because some of my socks had developed holes - they got back to me immediately and let me know that they had redesigned that model a few months after my initial order and that they’d be happy to replace all the socks with the new, more durable designed ones. They sent them immediately and then even followed up after the order arrived at my house to make sure everything looked good. This is one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had with a brand, and really accentuates how great it is to buy Canadian.

I’m quite particular about my socks, and Outway has earned me as a loyal customer who will be shouting from the mountaintops of Vancouver Island about their socks.

I’ve been wearing Outway socks for years and find them to be comfortable and durable wash after wash. The designs are catchy and I always get compliments on them.

Even better is ther customer service. They are responsive, efficient and hassle free. I recently had a delivery issue and they resent the order with no fuss and tracked the package to make sure it got to me the second time! Aiko’s customer service was amazing!

I appreciate that the socks have some cushioning on the bottom making them a lot more comfortable to wear all day.

in all honesty - i have never had a better customer service than what I received from outway. there was an issue (which I was not even aware of) with my shipment and they went over and beyond to resolve it. Really top tier. Bravo !

I really like the quality, and I added a sock after a few wears made a hole. I contacted them, and they checked if I had the right size and then sent me a replacement. They also checked if I really received the replacement and gave me a promotion for my next purchase. Wow, really great service !
