McGivern Diamonds was highly recommended to me by a friend in graduate school when I was looking for an engagement setting and stone. Could not have been happier with the service, quality, and communication. Shopping for something so important online without going to a brick and mortar is a bit scary but Michael McGivern helped me every step of the way. He custom designed a setting I saw in a jewelry store and liked, however, he did this by only seeing pictures! I'm a picky shopper and went through many different stones before deciding on one. I felt the service and communication far exceeded anything I've found in a local jewelry store. Highly recommend!!!

Mike treated me like he was my personal jewelry assistant, and I do not personally know him. Great at responding to emails. Very competitive pricing. My engagement ring was 1) created as agreed upon, and 2) delivered on time. And it looks great! Initially hesitant paying first before getting the engagement ring, but it was worth it.

Even though I moved two states away, I still only use McGivern because their service and prices can't be beat! I dropped off a couple of rings to be used for a new ring setting when I was I town, and they offered to ship the final product back to me free, which I thought was above and beyond. Everything I've had them do has had stunning results. I highly recommend!
