McGivern Diamonds Avaliações

I was initially skeptical about buying an expensive ring from an online retailer. I found Mike's site, clicked around a bit and decided to give Mike a call. He picked up the phone immediately and helped me find the diamond that met my criteria. Further, he offered a 100% refund if my wife wasn't satisfied.

I'm happy to report that we received the ring earlier than the agreed date and it was beautiful.

I recommend Mike without reservation.

would go back here anytime

McGivern came highly recommended from the sister of my soon-to-be fiancé. Mike did not disappoint. I live two states away and Mike worked with me over the phone and through email to develop the perfect ring for her and it turned out even better than I expected. Mike has earned my future business and I look forward to working with him again.

This was my second purchase from them. I knew what I wanted and I knew the price and I was able to get that from a given mcGivern. Through the process I had several personal conversations with Mike McGivern. Everything that he said and promised came to fruition in the expected time. It was almost as good as having a member of the family in the business.

Mike is the only jeweler that I would ever use to buy diamonds and design my jewelry.

McGivern is the perfect place to shop and purchase your personal jewelry. Mike is a professional and will offer you excellent service.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Mike McGivern and McGivern Diamonds! McGiverns created the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams, and Mike was fantastic to work with throughout every step of the process. He is incredibly quick to respond and offered helpful suggestions and ideas while we designed our rings. I've been recommending McGivern Diamonds to everyone I know!

This was my second time working with Mike, returning customer after a gap of nearly five years. Over the years I have purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings and this time around it was time to upgrade my wife's engagement ring. Mike is a true professional with prompt service, great advise and, offers the best prices that can't be beat! Highly recommended.

Mike took the time to council me on the features of the diamonds. When I chose several off the website (which has excellent tools for refining searches) he reviewed them and gave me guidance on which was the best.

Micheal and his staff produced the perfect Black & White tennis bracelet for my wife's Christmas. They saved me 1000 dollars and had it to me in one week. I've done business with McGivern's more than once, and they will be my first call every time I need quality jewelry. Thanks again Micheal! You saved Christmas

Mike is the Best. He is so helpful every step of the way. He will give you the best honest advice. Answers Emails very promptly. Shipping is safe and secure. My ring is stunning. Overall a wonderful experience. We are forever customers thanks to Mike.

Michael's communication was excellent. I had not dealt over the internet for such a pricey item, but after reviewing his site, policies and other feedback, I was very comfortable. The transaction was easy, super fast shipping and the item as advertised. There was not one moment that I felt uncomfortable with doing business at McGivern Diamonds. I will definitely work with McGivern again and recommend to friends.

I was a little nervous at first ordering a diamond over the Internet. But after speaking with Michael all my worries went away and I knew it was a first class business. I received my ring on the day they said I would, and it was more beautiful than I could have a imagined!! I would recommend any of my close family and friends to shop here for the lowest price on the highest quality diamonds!!

I have dealt with Michael for over 15 years. Over those years I have purchased a number of items from McGivern's and have always experienced great service as well as receiving great value. Once again with this recent purchase Michael offered great advice, service and value.

Second diamond purchase from Michael at McGivern Diamonds and we couldn't be happier. We've done a lot of shopping and price comparisons and Michael always has the best quality diamonds for the best price. This was true five years ago as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

After searching forever for half moon diamonds, I found Overnight diamonds. Michaell was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He is so honest I trusted him right away. I received them within a couple days. After dealing with some not so nice people, it was wonderful dealing with a honest person. Thank you Michael !!

My boyfriend ordered my engagement ring from McGivern Diamonds. He already had the stones and Michael, from McGivern, did an exceptional job creating my own, unique engagement ring. The ring was delivered in the timeframe given and we were both very happy. Not only was the ring beautiful, but my boyfriend saved so much money. Within two weeks of my engagement we decided to get married. We were so pleased with the engagement ring that we ordered my wedding ring from Michael as well. It was shipped FedExed to me so I could have it for my wedding day (4 days from ordering). I will certainly tell my friends and family about McGivern Diamonds. Huge fans!

McGivern's was absolutely wonderful to work with both in store and online. Michael provided an ease of service, walking me through rings/jewelry and answered all my questions. Service and support was absolutely exceptional in the jewelry process from inception to purchase.
Their CAD programs shows great concepts during custom processes.
It is safe to say, I'm a loyal customer for life.

McGivern has been a family name for years. When I went in to start the engagement ring shopping process, Michael was immediately attentive and authentic. The customer service throughout the many weeks of design was excellent. The valuable input and accessibility made the process stress free. There was a constant feeling of ease and trust and I would highly recommend working with Michael. My fiance and I are thrilled with the service and outcome of the ring!

I was shopping around for some diamond earrings. Mike made the process so easy for me. He doesn't try to sell you anything and his advise is genuine. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to shop for diamonds. By the way, the earrings looked awesome.
