Brought a vape back in May, had it for 3 months then stopped working completly. Got in Touch with the company and after some back and forth they replaced.

Then In December started having problems with the new one causing pods to run out after only 2-3 days of use limited use. I dont vape often.

Tried getting in Contact with Support but they would not listen to my complains and kept asking me to take pictures of the pods. As I've had the issue with 6 Brand new packets of Pods, I don't believe it to be a issue with the pods.

I've given up with the products and will look for a new one that is better quality

**update: I already had sent photos documenting the issue. Unfortunately none of their recommendations fixed the issue. At that point, after adequate effort by the customer to document the problem, that’s when a good company will offer to help further, like how about sending me some Nexlim coil heads?

Nevermind the AI verbatim same replies I received, they essentially offered no remedy to my chronic leaking issue. I encountered further problems when using devices (briefly) in cold weather and then returning to a lightly heated space (65-69F). And they failed to provide sufficient remedy again, so yea not pleasant to deal with, and they'll stonewall you with AI replies.

Even when not taken outdoors tho the .8 pods have a very definite predilection for leaking, two in a row now that have chronic leaking issues.

They responded to my inquiry with professionalism and kindness, and the replacement cartridges arrived quickly and without any hassle. The issue was taken seriously, and a helpful solution was provided. That’s exactly how customer service should be.

I purchased a vape and it wasn't working properly. Emailed Oxva and after a couple of emails we have a solution. Will update if any issues.

I’ve owned a lot of vapes in the last couple of years but non were even close to the quality of OXVA. Besides the great, long lasting battery, the cartridges are just out of this world - they give amazing flavor for such a long time - I rarely need to buy a new one and even when I do they are easily accessible in any vape shop I come across. They don’t leak, nor have weird short circuit errors like I’ve encountered with my previous device. With the recent cartridge changes in Poland they were among the first ones to release adjusted versions of great quality which shows that they care about their customers and not only about making a quick buck like some other brands. The customer support is great and they truly care and listen to the feedback customers are giving them.

My Oxva Prime had stopped charging after being purchased just one month ago, this was the second unit to stop charging within 2 months. I contacted Oxva directly and found out my unit was covered under the Warranty. I sent evidence of purchase, picture of the box with the S/N Code and Batch Number with full details of the issue.
Oxva replaced the unit immediately, very impressed !

Great company, i contacted to support about my NeXlim, great peaople from support helped me and sent a new device completely for free in next few days.
Respond from them was fast and went straight to the point.
I'm so happy that i can use OXVA devices, best company with great support.

Excellent customer service care, Nick certainly went the extra mile explaining the wide range of products made available.
I was well overdue for a Mod update & my choice was VPRIME straight out the box fill & 💨 an added bonus being on my doorstep.
Even fits nicely in the hand, from out the box battery lasted all day with half battery 🔋 still left.
First impressions 10/10
