stops working after a few months

me and my partner got one each , i vape more so regularly use his too , after three months both of them have stopped working . the connection on the button just won’t work . also when the vapes did work they often go off in your pocket and burn you through your trousers , even if you turn it off before putting in your pocket it turns on by itself .

had better vapes from voopoo, they actually lasted a long time , i’ve still got one i’ve had for a year and it still works fine .

I have the xlim2 vape and love it but recently it’s started jumping up in wattage all by itself. I’ve always set it at 15-18w but now it jumps to 22w randomly I wrote to their support and they refuse to do anything unless I send them a video of the problem. It’s not something I can make a video of which I tried to explain to them but they refuse to do anything. I bought an identical unit for my gf and it’s started to do the same so they must be aware of the problem. Useless customer service

Update - they tried to fob me off saying the vape is automatically adjusting to the optimal power setting. What is the point of the user being able to adjust the power if the vape is going to override it? Taking it back to the shop for a refund or replacement

Had Oxva Xlim Pro 2 Dna, one day it stopped working. In my local vape shop said if they will do warranty i will get money. So instead of I wrote to oxva support, they done everything to get me brand new device. Very well job, fast replies, fast shipping. Everything went very good. The best customer service!
And the device is the best pod right now!

Dont waste your money.....
Had a XLIM PRO2 DNA for almost 2 months. All you get is 'Fill Pod' & 'Time Out' all the time whether you use as per instructions or not.
OXVA customer service are about as useful as the device !!
The warranty is not worth the paper its written off. Trust me for £30+ you can get a vape that works. !!

Great battery life, good vape but constant charging issues with cable provided & not the first time. Frustrating

Extremely slow customer service. Vape started self firing just over a month after purchasing and struggling to even get a response from Oxva never mind a solution.

Leaked profusely since day 1, constantly says no pod when there is one in it. Have to change pods a lot and go though so much more liquid. Customer service was been really poor.

Vor 2 Wochen habe ich mir die Oxva xlim Pro 2 in coral pink gekauft. Nun löst sich bereits die Beschichtung. Der Support sagt, dass dies normal ist, da man sie täglich nutzt. Nach dieser kurzen Zeit habe ich das nicht erwartet.
Bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice. Das Gerät an sich gefällt mir sehr. Ich würde allerdings nicht nochmal kaufen, wenn der Kundenservice nicht passt.

The products are not all they say. I recently purchased the Oxva NeXlim Pod Vape Kit. Within a week,
the preinstalled pod began leaking, and when I tried using another pod, it
didn’t connect to the main part of the vape. In fact, I spent more money on
this device but ended up with a significantly less performing one. The
battery, which is supposed to be larger than my previous devices, doesn’t
last as long either. Overall, was quite disappointed with the product.
I then purchased the Vprime and even though it has auto draw, there is a button on the front that then fires up the device in your pocket if you don’t switch it off, resulting in a burn on my leg.
Their customer service is non existent. They keep asking for more information instead of offering a solution.
Avoid this brand.

Slow replacement service. I spoke to an agent and they agreed to send me a replacement. I specifically asked to have my replacement in the colour I originally ordered and they proceeded to send me a random colour anyways. I’m sorry, when I spent my hard earned money on a device in a particular colour and received a faulty unit I didn’t expect to the be the one that has your least sold colour sent to me as a replacement. What a pathetic excuse of a customer service experience. Replacements should be like for like and I don’t want to hear any nonsense about stock availability when your warehouse still has the colour I want (and originally paid for) in stock.

Disappointing – Stopped Working After 3 Months

I purchased the OXVA XLIM Pro hoping for a reliable vaping device, but unfortunately, it failed after just three months. The device is extremely difficult to restart—if it even turns back on at all. When it does work, after 15-20 minutes of use, it starts firing on its own and then shuts off completely.

This is not just frustrating but also a safety concern, as an auto-firing vape can be dangerous. I expected better quality and durability from OXVA, especially given the price. Customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue.

Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.

The oxva V prime kit...sub ohm.
A beautiful example how sub ohm vaping has been simplified while still giving you big power and big plumes.
The old days of sub ohming has gone with this fantastic kit,no leaking at all not one bit of condensation build up at all or eliquid leaking out of the air vents.
A lovely piece of kit with a built in battery to back it up to and 2 pods also supplied with the kit.
Sub ohm vaping has reached a new level with this superb kit.Beware all you cloud chasing puppets out there with build your own coils,OHMS law blah blah blah this kit knocks all you know out of the park.

I'm using the Vprime from Oxva , with the .2 ohm pod at 45/50w , DL and it's performing very well indeed, with great taste and plenty of clouds.

The best products i have tried, i have tried many of brands but the consistency of OXVA devices is brilliant! Cannot wait to see what they bring out next, i am a bit of a fan boy! 😂

First time trying pod kit, I will say NEXLIM is way beyond my expectations, flavor so on point and easily on use . def recommend
