Astonishing service beyond all expectations
Astonishing service! I have been so impressed by Oz Sticker Printing that I'd recommend them to anybody needing top quality labels at great value prices and with super-fast delivery. The costing process, ordering and artwork upload was just great. Confirmation and proof was within hours. I guess I anticipated a week or so for delivery, but the arrived within a few days, with excellent tracking. But, best of all (besides the unbelievable pricing) was the quality. I ordered matt cello labels and they were awesome: even how they were die-cut. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my go-to for all labels from now onwards!

I am utterly disappointed with OzStickerprinting. Who let these deceitful and dishonourable people roam free in our safe country?
OzStickerprinting gives you the best service where the public can see. However none of the beautiful promises that they make there are carried out, not a single one. I had honestly wasted all the money which I spent with them, no thanks to their subpar product quality. So when I received a semi positive response from them on July 9, I was happy and hopeful.

The worst printer ever. Cheats.
The worst printer ever. The colors printed look nothing like the proofs. But they blamed me and said i approved the proof so it’s not their mistake. Um, yes it is, when it’s an entirely different colour. They’ll take your money, print unusable stickers and refuse to reprint them. 50 bad reviews saying the same thing can’t all be wrong. Stay away.

STAY AWAY - HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR QUALITY - SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS
We have been using this company for the past 12 months - basically as we were a startup and needed an easy and affordable option however they have been the worst, most unprofessional, unaccountable company I have ever had to deal with. We made approximately 30 orders with them and 80% of our labels/cards came back incorrect. The material was wrong, the printing was off center, the products were second rate. They would not be accountable for any of there mistakes trying to tell us it was our artwork - IT WAS NOT. I would highly recommend anybody to STAY AWAY from this company - even as a start up.

To address some of the concerns highlighted, the stickers we print are yes, artworks of customers. Those are based on their instructions and standard specifications. However, just so clients are guided, we set customers' expectations too that: we discourage customers having borders on their sticker designs to avoid possible slip-ups especially during the printing process. But if customers really find it necessary to add borders we heed their requests. We were thinking this could have affected the output that you have received.
Having said that, we want this resolved with you a soon as possible. You are a wonderful customer and we want you happy. Let us know how we can contact you directly or you can call/ email us here to discuss these concerns privately with you.

Really disappointed with the quality…
Really disappointed with the quality stickers that have arrived today. I ordered PVC and they would not last even one week on an indoor glass application. I also thought these guys were local however my order got shipped from South Korea. What a waste of money and also a waste of 1000 stickers. PVC is suppose to mean stickers are durable. My kids get stronger stickers in Lolly bags.

Thanks for letting us know about this sad experience. PVC is supposed to mean stickers are durable, yes, being in the sticker printing company for many years we do agree, in fact, we could attest this is one good type of sticker. But also, we hope too that you are aware that no matter how durable, there is limit to the durability especially when confronted by several factors such us the condition of the glass upon application - might have been moist that affected the adhesive. Or perhaps, the type of glass for which this is applied is not suitable for the PVC adhesive type. A lot of our clients, however, have been loving PVC because of its durability when matched with perfect conditions. Should you need further education on how you may be able to utilize PVC stickers best, feel free to get back to us- we will be letting you know what you need to avoid when using it so it sticks longer.

Best service and quality!
The process was very easy. Upload your artwork and I requested a PDF proof (which I highly recommend to do) and they offer really affordable sticker printing. I shopped around and settled for this company and I'm so glad I did. It took less than a week to have my stickers delivered and the quality is amazing. I am definitely going to order some more! Customer service is also responsive and helpful!

Yes, I am digging up bones. For a good reason.
After being a week late, the colour of the dome stickers did not match the proof. Not even close. It looks like the printed sticker had no magenta in it and the dark blue colour I used had at least 50% magenta. I gave them the opportunity to correct but they declined to reprint saying the colour difference was acceptable. Well Oz Sticker Printing Company, it is not acceptable and you need to look at you work practices to do a better job and look after your customers over and above the small amount it would cost to reprint. Shame on you! First time customer, last time customer! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
It has been close to a year since my nightmare with Oz Sticker Printing. Now that I have another printing specialist to make a comparison with, I felt as if I was rescued from the depths of hell. Goodness gracious, you don't realise how awful a company's negative practices are until you encounter an exemplary competitor. I recommend Fast Printing if anybody needs to outsource their dome sticker jobs. Trust me, I manage a print company myself.

As a company, we normally follow procedure and protocol based on the issue being raised by each of our clients.
In respect to your concern regarding the received order, we had explained to you what really happened. And also, you might have understood since you are a printer, that colour gap is actually inevitable since CMYK is the normal process.
Please be advised that we have printed whatever being provided, just take note since you have ordered dome or resin material expected color difference will possibly occur since a coating with chemical practice will be done on this sticker and yet, domed stickers are really different from any other regular printed.
We hope we made sense and provided you a better explanation regarding this matter.

I'll start this review from what they sent to me on email after the sticker came back incorrect
"At StickerCanada, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your—or our own—expectations, especially to the color of your stickers.
Upon thorough review and discussion of our Production, the color is actually a characteristic of our digital print."
After this reply to an email, they had admitted they did not meet their own expectations. They offered me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I get a discount when they couldn't get the first one right? I should not be paying for their mistakes.
Also, note this is sticker Canada, they are not Australian based, so who knows how or where they are getting this done.

1 star is too much for this terrible company. Absolutely awful to deal with!! ordered transparent sticker with white ink, when sticker is used you cannot actually see the print. Refused reprint or refund and instead offered pictures of other people they have done this to as an excuse. What an awful experience!! If you can't do it just admit like an ethical business and refund us! Why are you clinging on to our hard earned money without giving us proper and good products in exchange? I practically threw money into your bank for no reason!

I WAS unhappy and angry, BUT now I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.
You gave me the liberty to choose the design, and even colours. So I chose white. WHITE. What can go wrong with white? Is it MY FAULT that you decided to save on white ink and give me a FADED WHITE? Is it MY FAULT that what you printed is nowhere close to the sample which you had sent me? EVERYTHING was decided by ME, you say? Who in their right mind would decide that they want to print FADED WHITE stickers???
OzStickerPrinting, your reply is extremely disappointing, it is HORRIFYING. Blatantly spouting nonsense and PRETENDING to provide good customer service appears to be what you are best at. Now I'm even wishing that you hadn't responded to me and had just left this matter hanging, because the impetuous side of me is urging me to make a complaint to the ACCC. Unbelievable.

Worst company to deal with don't use them
Worst company to deal with on large quantity they stuffed me around big time and when it was their fault they didn't make it a priority and just making excuses and rather trying to resolve it they just dealt with it as normal matter and to send the labels they didn't care it was urgent and posted it to what suit them not what customer needs... they not based in Sydney they virtual company based in Korea so to post labels it will take more than 5 days not like they have on their website urgent & fast turnaround.
Their manager won't talk to you and apparently in meetings 8 hours a day which is a lie because I can hear her on the background telling them what to tell me.
