Peter and team have been super helpful and committed to having a happy customer from start to finish. From taking the time to explain the rationale for their system design, to being patient as we slogged through the planning process, to ensuring the system got installed to our satisfaction, they're been a great company to work with. It's fair to say our install didn't go smoothly - one issue can be chalked down to experience all round, the other could have been avoided - but the important point is the bumps in the road were dealt with extremely professionally and we figured it out together. Peter and team do things properly - they know their stuff, they take care and pride in the work and they trade on their reputation - particularly refreshing in a industry which has more than it's fair share of, shall we say, less reputable installers. Highly recommended.

Was about to give up on my dream of solar with the amount of cowboys and conmen that were giving me quotes. P4 was my last attempt at finding someone I was willing to trust with my house and also my money.

Every aspect of my experience was outstanding.

Great experience with P4. Solar install was on time, commissioned in a day and everybody involved was great to deal with. System was explained to me and handover was simple.

I had a range of quotes and visits from installers and went for P4 who were local to me and seemed to be the ones most keen to get a solar solution to fit my needs. They gave an excellent initial quote and then I realised I could afford more panels as a result and maxed out on what I could afford, going for a south and north array. An excellent visit from Peter initially and then Fred gave great support at each stage. The installation was set up very quickly and very efficiently. Scaffolders, electricians and the roofers were all very professional and courteous and all willing to explain the install. It was a very exciting day watching them go up. It was brilliant watching it start to work immediately generating electricity from the sun! It's a daunting thing to find a company you can trust with a big wedge of your hard earned savings but P4 were worthy of that trust. At the end of it all, I really wondered what I was fretting about. Chuffed to bits with it all and looking forward to reaping the benefits of my investment.

Very professional and install went smoothly overall. There was a problem with a part but they got it resolved with the supplier quickly and fixed up. Would recommend!

Initially had a quote from Octopus but was recommended to get a quote from P4 Solar and I am so glad we did! Double the panels (20 vs 10) and the same battery storage (10 kW) for £2000 less than Octopus quoted. Dealing with P4 Solar has been stress free and they even accommodated a delay (caused by Octopus fitting a heat pump later than planned) that meant it took 2 days instead of one. Oli, Jamie, Ben and James were all great and very happy with the end result. Cannot recommend P4 Solar highly enough.

Once again, the after sales service from P4 Solar was absolutely first class. Panels and batteries have been fitted for over 2 years now, I recently changed my broadband provider and had a configuration issue (memory laps), 10 minute call with Justin and all was sorted. 👍

Coming from a total novice on the solar front, and with an old house I’d assumed it wasn’t for me. One quick discussion with Olly at P4 changed all that. Customer care all the way. Held my hand (figuratively speaking) throughout and when it came to installation, it was all quick, seamless and between James, Ben and Jamie the finished product looked superb - I can thoroughly recommend the team at P4! Impressive kit already paying for itself too.

Couldn’t be happier with P4 solar. They are an absolute delight to deal with. Superb communication from start to finish and everything is handled extremely professionally and Peter and Fred are extremely helpful and approachable. The installation was seamless. Special mention to James (electrician) and Jackson and Declan (roofers) - three really nice guys; polite and professional and very tidy! We have a few commercial buildings and will not hesitate to ask P4 to do the solar install on these properties and happily recommend them to friends and family.

P4 have Superb customer service - the team are very quick to communicate and you don’t feel like you have transacted with a company, but entered into a partnership arrangement.

The quality of product is exceptional and you know that the people at the end of the phone or in front of you are not just selling you a product and service, but truly believe in what they are doing.

please use P4 and avoid going to through the big companies, their much much more expensive and impersonal.

We had a very positive outcome with our solar and battery installation. Fred was very responsive from our first contact onwards and guided us to the right solution.

The installation team was very professional and also quick. The whole job was completed in less than two days. Since then our system has worked without any issues and has exceeded our expectations with respect to power generation.

I think our experience illustrated the benefit of working with a local provider focused on customer care.

From the first time speaking to Peter I knew that P4 were the right company for me.

Other companies had been vague, pushy or just not got back to me but Peter was open and honest in our phonecall and explained everything in detail and clearly.

Fred,Chloe,Justin and the installation team have all been very friendly helpful and prompt in answering my emails and questions.

We have had 20 Panels installed a 5Kw inverter and 10kw of batteries for a very competetive price and the install was very quick and tidy, very happy with the whole experience and would 100% reccomend using P4.

Can’t fault the professionalism, customer service or workmanship of P4. They made the whole process from quote to installation to technical support totally stress free and smooth. All my queries were answered promptly and I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and nothing was too big an ask for Fred and the team. Their quote was also very competitive in comparison to other solar installers in my local area.

Due to problems with my building contractor the PV installation from start to finish took over 18 months. Throughout this period the company remained attentive and professional and went over and above what i would have expected to ensure they helped me through this difficult process.

Absolutely first rate.

P4 installed a couple of years ago but what has been impressive is the post installation support - from advice about battery set up as well as best deals for power provider. I changed WiFi provider recently which needed a new “dongle” for the inverter - all handled with little fuss and Justin talking me through the set-up early evening which he was happy to do to suit me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to deal with.
