Love this care package system! Love the customizable option and speedy delivery! Only wish they had more fun miscellaneous options to add. Otherwise love it!

I loved that I could choose the items my daughter likes and I didn’t have to pay for any items she wouldn’t eat! She said it arrived nicely packaged and quickly. When I had a question I actually called and spoke to a LIVE person on the phone without pushing any buttons! Will order here again. If you’re a parent who cares, but is short on time you can use this company without hesitation!

The package arrived at the appropriate time and with the cutest packaging. Definitely recommend for college students and for general care packages. I ordered the stuffed penguin as well, for what I believe was $5 or so, and it is of impressive quality for the price point. The variety on the website is rather large, though some snacks were out of stock, but the packaging itself is well done (though rather plain.) I will definitely be repurchasing!

I loved the options on Package Penguin! I sort of wish they had some “normal” chips but they did have a ton of options. I was nervous that it wouldn’t get there in time but they shipped it out the day after I placed my order.

Everything came in great shape but it did not arrive at the time I was expecting. I would recommend setting your packages to be delivered the day before you actually need it just in case.

I love the ability to pick my son’s favorite snacks! I attempted to send a package week 3 of college but most of the snacks were sold out. I waited 2 weeks and they were still out of stock. I sent my son a care package anyway but just disappointed that most of his favorite snacks were out of stock.

My package was delivered to my sister with the tissue paper I selected not lining the box. It was packaged and thrown in the box with the rest of my goodies. Which is bizarre and she thought I sent her tissues when they were supposed to be part of the presentation. I emailed the company that I was disappointed and they denied this was true. Pretty sure the picture my sister sent me was accurate. Would not order from this company again.

For the most part, I loved Package Penguin! It's one of the cheapest and easiest ways to send a nice care package to someone. Everything was on time and accurate except that I ordered Haribo gummy bears and instead they sent a different brand.

Great Care Packages! This is the second time I have ordered from them. My student was very happy with what he received and I was glad that I would custom pick just what I knew he would like. The package arrived right on his birthday like I requested! I'll be back!

Wonderful website, really easy to navigate. Only thing I wish was better was more actual chocolate in the create my own package section and a confirmation mail of the order being placed. Otherwise, great selection of items and easy to create.
