I liked the choices the site offered. I was not impressed with the delivery service. I opted to have the package expressed in 1 to 2 days... it was delivered by fifth day in the late afternoon! Not my idea of express delivery! Boo!

The box was delayed and delivered 3 days late. I understand things happen and perhaps I missed a warning during the shipping info. I was assuming that if there is a selection for what day you want it to be delivered that it would be around that day give or take a day.
Otherwise they do what they said they’d do.

My son loves to get his packages from Package Penguin because he knows they will have everything he loves in them! I really never bought him packages before because I knew a lot of it would go unused, but not now. Plus, they have always arrived exactly when I scheduled them, with no hassle! Great company!

Grandson in college who received package during exam week said it was great. Package is bubble wrapped; has a note inside from sender (me!); and had all the hand-picked items that I know he likes. This is a wonderful way to support someone you love. In addition, It arrived at the perfect time.

I will definitely order from Package Penguin again! You can customize your care package, prices are reasonable, easy to order, college kid was happy, and their customer service was excellent! Very pleased!

I put together a quick package on the website. There is apparently a $20 minimum which is not revealed until you go to check out. I kept getting error messages during the checkout process when my total was below $20, but I was still able to continue with the checkout process. I did not want there to be a glitch with the payment process so I went back and filled it up to $20 worth, despite my original desire.

Otherwise, this site is great. It has reasonable prices for the items and the packaging material. They also shipped it as soon as possible just like they said. I'm really happy the item left their hands so fast and got delivered quickly. Overall, good experience and I would use the site again.

Suggestions:
- Fix the $20 requirement by either stating it upfront so the user does not have to go all the way to checkout to see it.
- Explain why you're asking the school name and other information if it's going to a student. I read below that you decorate the package to the school's colors, but I initially thought it would only be for market data. Had I known, I would have put the school information, too! A quick one-liner would suffice!

My daughter was very pleased with her final exam care package! Her college’s colors represented with the tissue paper was a great touch! I have a suggestion, though....it’d be great if you could decorate the notes a little. Some hearts or smileys would be cool. Thanks for the service you provide!

I liked being able to pick what I wanted in the package. But there were many things out of stock. I wish there were more choices. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

This was absolutely amazing! I bought this package for my boyfriend who was up at college and he LOVED it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This care package idea is SO cool because you can pick your own snacks! I will definitely buy from here again!!

I sent my friend a feel better package. The box was cheap and full of awesome things. It shipped within two days and arrived within two days. I was very over all pleased with this company and there affenciency.
