Horrible. Ordered mylar bags for my start up business. To make a long story short they completely messed up my order and changed the terms and conditions on their website AFTER MY ORDER to protect themselves. (Illinois Attorney General is on that) Sorry for them because I have a screenshot before they did! Please people, do your research into these frauds! Also, they have a main office at 1382 N. Keating Ave. in Chicago that DOESN'T EXIST. If you want more info you can message me.

Steven was amazing. He helped us on one order and the next order was optimized to address issues we came across in our initial design. They were very efficient and met their aggressive time-frame to ship and get the boxes to our doorstep. It’s hard to trust online companies with limited reviews and online presence, but I can say wholeheartedly that I trust Steven to do my 3rd project all the way to our 100th project.
