Fantastic, extremely responsive service and quick free delivery to EU. There were some minor issues with kayak, but it was a manufacturer's fault.

I was surprised when I saw this shop has yak attack products in stock. I bought black pack in orange color. Very happy with the service. Previously I ordered couple yak attack items from USA but then you have to pay import duties. This shop has competitive prices and offers delivery service within EU.

Great two man canoe
Great two man canoe. Just as described and seems really good quality. Not too heavy and easy to blow up and deflate. Great customer services too and super speedy delivery.

Wel jammer dat de peddels die ik wilde met 25 euro verzendkosten kwamen nadat ik ze besteld had.
Bestelling kwam in meerdere leveringen.

We have a specific section our website dedicated to stock held in the EU so that EU customers can avoid UK-EU shipping costs and associated fees.

The paddles that you originally ordered are not held in the EU and therefore we gave you the choice to cancel, pay the extra for shipping or swap to EU stocked alternative, you chose to swap.
The information outlined above is available on our website.
Regarding this order we have ultimately amended it to your preferences, shipped and delivered everything in a timely and efficient manner.
Overall I feel our service in this instance is worth more the 3* given by yourself, but thank you for taking the time to leave a review nonetheless.

The communication with mark by phone…
The communication with mark by phone was excellent he corrected the on line siystem that was not accurate. The package arrived well to Israel, my problem was with Israeli customs, and the FedEx company, finally I got my package 3 weeks after arrival.

BUYING A CHEAP AQUAGLIDE KAYAK
BUYING A DISCOUNTED AQUAGLIDE KAYAK? Firstly I want to say what a great service I have had from Paddle Outlet. Be wary though buying some Aquaglide kayaks. Many of the accessories, some crucial to use the kayak, as advertised, are now no longer available despite being mentioned on this website and others. As a consumer we should be notified that these items are "end of line" and that the accessories MAY no longer be available.

Customer never made contact with us.
We have been given an unfair review for not answering a question the customer never asked.
If anyone has any questions, we are always here to answer them.
If anyone is buying a product dependant on an accessories, we would recommend purchasing the accessory alongside the product.
Making any assumption that it might be available is how you end up rage typing on Trust Pilot blaming us for an issue we had no input into.
Sadly despite being quoted as Great Service, Trust Pilot will not allow the review to be removed... so please ignore the 1 Star this as part of our rating if anyone reads these :(

Best prices for Aquaglide products
Have used Paddle Outlet a couple of times now and very impressed. Good quality products usually with big discounts, they seem to be the cheapest site for the kayaks I wanted. Fast shipping and good customer service, would gladly use again!

Great service. Great product too :)
Not only did I find my kayak at a competitive price, I got a free dry robe. The packaging was really sturdy and arrived really quickly.
