In response to a query about shipping costs, Scott from customer service responded in a friendly, quick and clear manner with a sensible change to the shipping terms. Due to the high volume of business, delivery was delayed. In the end, Paddle Outlet even delivered by express. The goods arrived to me undamaged and in top condition as far as I can tell.

I ordered a SUP paddle online but they have sent me the wrong (cheaper) one. Delivery was prompt and I appreciate anyone can make a mistake but the issue is that I have been unable to contact anyone. No reply to emails and no-one answers the phones - calls just ring out. As an update I have now had a satisfactory email response on the matter and have increased my rating accordingly. Once the team responded to my issue they have been very helpful.
