One of the most important things for us was making sure our dog Rune & my parent’s dog Stanley were cared for as part of our wedding day, without anyone being stressed or worried about them. Sue & Georgia were absolutely incredible. We had multiple meetings prior via zoom, so we could talk through any requirements and plan the day. Nothing was too big or small an ask. They were so professional and so so friendly. We had accommodation at our venue where they could stay and look after the doggies. From the moment we handed them over, we never had any worries about how happy they were. Rune is quite nervous with new people so I was unsure how she would be, but the first time I saw her in Georgia’s arms, it made me so relieved and happy. Sue and Georgia brought them around the venue to us throughout the day, walking to the ceremony and watching us get married. It was so lovely seeing them having the best time. By far the best part was having a whole photo and video diary to look through afterwards that Sue and Georgia had taken from the doggies perspective. This included a video of Stan sleeping with his head resting on Rune’s back, which we’ve never seen happen before! It showed how comfortable and relaxed they were. They had so much fun playing and lots of cuddles. Couldn’t thank either of you two enough! You made our whole day knowing Rune and Stanley were at their happiest and could celebrate with us without them being stressed in any way. You were both meant to do this and definitely have a kindness and natural way with animals that they can recognise. Thank you thank you thank you! 🐾💜✨

Sue @ Georgia were complete stars⭐⭐⭐ by helping us with our pups Stan & Rune at my Daughter's wedding.. very professional caring and informative from the very first meeting to the final collection, the pups were calm and stress-free we've got lots of videos and pictures too, which has been lovely seeing how they enjoyed their day at the wedding... Would highly recommend for a pup friendly stress-free experience Thank you

We couldn’t have asked for a better chaperone for our dog, Taco, on our wedding day. Taco can be quite a nervous boy, but Susan was incredibly patient, caring, and attentive, and she made him feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the day. It was such a relief knowing he was in such good hands, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding. So many of our guests commented on how lovely Susan was and how wonderful she was with Taco. We are so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting their furry family member to be part of their special day.

Sue and Pete are the absolute sweetest! They’re so professional and kind but most importantly, they love dogs so much and it shows, so we were so confident handing our dog over to Sue for our wedding day. She put in over 12 hours looking after him which included making sure he was fed, happy, walking him down the aisle, helping out with photos and much more. We also got sooo many photos and videos the day after of what he’d been up to all day! We never once worried about if he was safe and that’s all you can ask for as dog parents - would highly, highly recommend!

Sue and Pete were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, flexible and attentive. We both felt very comfortable with Pete looking after Pablo on our special day and knew he was well looked after. We 100% recommend their services to anyone who needs their furry little friends looking after.

Hi, I'm Summer and I'm a 7yr old lab x collie.
Auntie Sue and Uncle Pete have been walking me since I was about 3. I love it. We go to loads of different places and Uncle Pete ALWAYS has treats.....my favourite.
Last year my humans moved house, so now I go to daycare once a week. I was a bit unsure about going in their house on my first visit, but now I just run in as soon as the door is open. Its like a spa! There are comfy beds to lie on, other friends to play with, AND Auntie Sue has way better treats than mummy does. I get to pose for lots of photos so mum can see the kind of lifestyle I should be kept in! (Mum says she loves seeing all the photos, I say take a hint lady and up your game!)
Last weekend my mums got married and I got to be at the wedding! It was amazing. I was so well looked after, mum didnt need to worry at all. And everyone said I was the goodest girl. I was the ring bearer (which I obviously performed beautifully) and Uncle Pete made sure i was exactly where I needed to be, had plenty of water and, of course, plenty of treats.
So humans, if you need someone to look after your fur-baby then look no further, Auntie Sue and Uncle Pete are THE BEST and I'm never going anywhere else!

We knew when we picked an elopement wedding we couldn’t have got married without our cocker spaniel there too. I had seen the wedding dog chaperone on Instagram and loved their work. It was easy to enquire direct with Sue about the bespoke package we wanted with our dog Maddie and Sue was quick at responding to all of our emails. We decided to introduce our pup to Sue and the team before the big day to ensure she would be comfortable and they couldn’t have been more welcoming, it was clear from the first moment that our dog would be well loved and looked after on the day. A few weeks before Sue arranged a zoom call to ensure everything was set for the day, this really helped us to bring our vision to light and Sue was so flexible throughout all of it.

Then to our big day, it was 28 degrees but this was so issue for Sue. She had everything our dog needed, from cooling mats to water and even cheese which went down a treat. Maddie our dog looked so happy to spend the day with Sue and wasn’t bothered about even seeing us. Sue always put Maddie’s needs first ensuring she was kept as cool as possible, she was then on hand when we wanted to have photos with the dog. The service from start to end was just perfect and I would recommend Sue to any couple thinking of it!!!

Sue was literally amazing. Our dog is quite nervous around new people but he took to Sue straight away as she was amazing with him.

Even before our wedding day we had met with Sue twice over zoom which gave us great confidence that she was the right person for the job as she was on it and super organised.

On the day she was so accommodating for everything we asked for and did it with a smile.

But most of all, our dog is a very good judge of character and even when our immediate family that look after Milo, when he sees us the day(s) after he runs straight to us, the morning after the wedding, Milo didn’t want to leave Sue. She genuinely cared for Milo like he was her own and we felt so comfortable him being with her.

Sue is amazing, would 110% recommend.

We honestly cannot recommend Sue and Pete highly enough as dog chaperones for our wedding in November 2025.

As we live around 250 miles apart, we had several virtual meetings in the lead-up to the big day. From the very first call, they completely put us at ease. It was clear they were experienced, organised, and genuinely cared about making sure everything would run smoothly for both us and our boys.

Before the wedding, we took the dogs to their home for a meet and greet, as they would be boarding overnight. This really reassured us — they took the time to get to know the boys, understand their routines, and make sure they were comfortable in their surroundings.

On the wedding day itself, Sue was absolutely amazing. She kept the boys entertained and settled for around six hours in total, looking after them in the morning while everyone was busy getting ready. She dressed them in their outfits just before they were due to walk down the aisle so they stayed clean and photo-ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. During the photos, she helped keep them calm and happy, making the whole experience completely stress-free for us.

Knowing they were in such capable and caring hands meant we could fully relax and enjoy our day. Sue and Pete went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the part they played in making our wedding so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for professional, caring, and reliable dog chaperones.

Sue and Pete have been absolutely wonderful to us and our young energetic cockapoo, right from when he was very young. Stroodle is quite a handful, and has been learning from the other older dogs when it’s time to chill out (sometimes!), but they have always handled him with love and care and he absolutely adores being there, dragging us down the road to the front door every time. We love the photos and video updates they send, which show us how much fun he’s having. They’re wonderfully attentive and helpful, are very communicative and have been very flexible around us, for which we are so grateful. Our anxious puppy is definitely the type who benefits from a warm family home environment and that is what Sue and Pete provide in abundance. Thank you, from Sarah and Josh.

Elsa our Cavapoo has been going there for about 5 years. She is welcomed into the home of Sue and Pete where she is treated like one of their own.
Because Elsa is a nervous dog, she is only walked with other dogs that are not too boisterous.
The individual needs of your dog are very important to Sue and Pete. Nothing is too much trouble.

Sue was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!
It quickly became clear that we wanted our fur baby at our wedding on the 15/11/2025. We began searching, our options within Cornwall were limited but Plymouth based A Pad For Paws came up and we are so pleased they did.
Our initial interactions were fantastic, Sue was so quick to respond and easily answered all our questions. The first call we had with both Sue and Pete was so relaxed and really gave us a clear picture of how our day would be. Fast forward many months, we had our pre wedding call and again Sue was fantastic. She advised where required and continued the relaxed and flexible attitude.
On the morning of the wedding Sue met with me in the room and we did the “hand over” of Buddy. The pictures and updates we received were amazing and it was lovely to see our wedding day from his point of view. Even down to the day Sue was happy to help in anyway needed and continued with her professional but relaxed and flexible attitude.
Buddy absolutely loved his time with Sue and we can’t thank her enough for what she did on the day and the stress she took away.

Sue & Pete are wonderful people who put their heart and soul into their work. The time they take to get to know you before the big day is unrivalled and right from our first call, we had complete confidence that they were the right people to take care of our dogs on our wedding day. The process started with a zoom call to understand our requirements and what they could do for us. We were blown away with their flexibility and their desire to ensure the day was planned to suit us.

We were then fortunate enough to meet Sue & Pete and their gorgeous dogs for a dog walk at which point it felt like they’d became friends, more so than our suppliers. In the lead up to the wedding, we were kept up to date with communication and had a zoom call going over all the finer details giving us all the confidence that we needed that the dogs would be well looked after. There was never any doubt.

On the wedding day Sue & Pete worked with our photographer to make sure we got the all important shots. We were so relaxed knowing that the dogs were safe and being cared for whilst we did our own photos and greeted our guests. They then went back to our accommodation and the dogs were comfortable enough to enjoy cuddles and snoozes.

Finally and probably the most unexpected point, yet added so much value was the photographs and videos we received, the day after from the dogs point of view. This gave us gorgeous moments of the day that we didn’t see and wouldn’t have otherwise had captured but were so precious to us. Sue took a video of me walking down the aisle and we must have played it 20 times since.

We cannot recommend Sue & Pete enough. They completely understand dogs of all breeds, sizes and needs and the experience was flawless from start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone that would like their pups to be part of their special day.

We can’t recommend Sue and Pete enough. They did everything possible to make sure Murphy was comfortable and happy at our wedding. We had a particularly hot day but Sue managed to keep Murphy calm and cool by using cool pads, cold bandanas etc and we felt reassured that Murphy was in amazing hands! Sue also sent us many pics and videos and a message to let us know Murphy was home safe. Thank you so much. We now have memories with Murphy for life and can’t thank you enough.

From our first enquiry right up until after our wedding, the service we received from Sue was outstanding.

We had zoom calls before the big day so she knew the timeline in detail and how we wanted Freddie to fit into the wedding.

On the hectic wedding morning she kept Freddie wonderfully occupied whilst we all got ready, and then she changed him into his gorgeous outfit and got him beautifully involved in the parts of the wedding he was needed, and kept him happy and content when he wasn't.

I cannot recommend her enough.

As a wonderful added bonus, she documented his day from his point of view and shared all the videos with us the next morning which was absolutely lovely to see!

We booked a pad4Paws for our daughter’s wedding day after seeing them at a wedding show case at the venue. The booking process was simple and we had a few video calls leading up to the day, which was very reassuring. Pete stayed with our 2 dogs throughout the day, meaning we could enjoy the wedding day without worrying about them. Pete also helped get our two dogs into some of the group photos!
Following the wedding, we received photos and videos of what they got up to for the day, which was a lovely added bonus!

Couldn’t recommend Sue and Pete anymore. They had a particularly hard task given our dog, Arlo being the ring bearer was a complete surprise to the groom.

The groom had no idea until Arlo walked down the aisle. Sue and Pete allowed me to be flexible in the planning. Even up to 15 minutes before Sue and I would text to make sure she and Arlo remained hidden.

Arlo had the best day, constant play, treats and well deserved nap time when needed.

When we were planning our wedding, it was a no brainer to us that we wanted Pablo, our English Bulldog, as part of the day. However, we didn’t want any of our family or friends to have to take the responsibility of him. That’s when we found Sue and aPad4Paws! We had several zoom calls with her leading up to the wedding and she asked so many questions about his preferences/allergies to make sure that he would be comfortable throughout the day.
On the day, it was perfect. It was quite a warm day and Pablo can struggle in the heat - she was prepared for everything, water bowls, cooling bandanas, she took Pablo off to cool down when she could see that he was too hot. She helped him pose for photos by having a constant supply of cheese to hand! You can really tell she loves animals so much.
The next morning, she sent through so many videos and photos from Pablo’s perspective which was so nice to immediately have those clips and see parts of the wedding.
I honestly could not recommend them enough.
