We couldn’t recommend APad4Paws more! Sue and Pete are the loveliest people who helped to make our wedding day complete by bringing along our boy, Otto. Otto is a very excitable young springer spaniel and Sue was brilliant with him on the day keeping him calm and ensuring all his needs were looked after. They helped to create some of the most special memories from the day and we loved all the behind the scenes photos seeing what Otto had been up to around the venue on the day! Communication was brilliant throughout the whole planning process and everything was flexible around both ours and Otto’s needs. We couldn’t be more grateful for the part you played in making our day perfect!

Sue & Pete were amazing from the start, from our very first zoom meeting we were put at ease & knew they were the right people for us and our boy, Tucker. Communication was great right up to the wedding and the wedding day itself, answering any questions we had. Having Tucker at our wedding made it so much more special & they made that happen for us. We will be forever grateful. A memory we will always cherish. Thankyou. Would highly recommend to everyone !!!

Sue and Pete are absolute stars! So extremely helpful and lovely and made us feel so relaxed and that everything was in hand for Archie on our wedding day.

Pete was so accommodating on the day and Archie loved spending time with his new bestie!
Pete was on hand when we needed Archie for photos and everything was seamless and stress free! We felt confident that he had Archie under control, Archie is very strong and can pull somewhat but Pete made it look easy which was really reassuring for me.

They went above and beyond and we are so extremely grateful for the wonderful pictures and videos Pete captured on the day, and was a really lovely surprise to have these sent over the day after our wedding and we loved seeing our day from Archie’s point of view.

I really couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for everything and bringing our dream of having Archie at our wedding, a reality.

We couldn't have asked for more from Sue and Pete! They were exceptional. It was our first time leaving our 7 month old labrador with anyone else, and they were perfect. From our very first meeting on Zoom, we felt totally at ease. They were really attentive in making sure our puppy was happy with them, down to the finest detail. She loved them instantly! On our big day they took such good care of her, making sure she was properly exercised, not too hot, and not stressed either. They even helped us get some photos with her! They were so good at what they do that it allowed us to completely switch off and enjoy our wedding. For this we will always be grateful <3 I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you've never left your dog with someone else before. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

We booked Sue & Pete to look after our shy wee girl during our wedding day. Maggie doesn’t naturally go up to new people and rarely goes to anyone other than us but she took to Sue immediately! She looked after her so well for us on our day and the whole experience was fantastic. We couldn’t have done everything so seamlessly without them. From keeping Maggie under wraps until it was time for her ring bearing duties and then letting her explore until it was time for photos. Sue was so kind and attentive to Maggie and took all of our stresses regarding having our pup at our wedding away completely. I cannot recommend their service enough. Thank you again, so so much x

Sue and Pete are honestly a dream! Our cocker spaniel Wesley is a hurricane of a dog and our absolute pride and joy. We couldn’t comprehend getting married without having him there with us. aPad4Paws were the first wedding supplier we booked and they couldn’t do enough for us, from suggesting ways to incorporate Wesley into our wedding day to discussing his little outfit! We had many in depth conversations about Wesley, his habits and his personality, and how they would support him during the day to ensure he was happy and comfortable. He’s a sensitive (needy) soul, so it was important to us to have someone take care of him who would love and spoil him as much as we do!
Luck was on our side and we managed to marry outdoors on the hottest day of the year. Pete arrived with cool mats and bandanas, with a plan to keep Wesley cool during the ceremony which we appreciated massively! It was so lovely to have our baby with us on the day but not have to worry and fuss over whether he was being cared for. Pete made sure Wesley was always on hand for any specific photos and he even captured videos from Wesley’s perspective which happened to be our favourite of the day! It was also such a lovely touch that Pete messaged to say Wesley was back with him and Sue safely after travelling back to Plymouth.
There are a handful of people we would leave Wesley with and Sue and Pete have made it onto that very exclusive list! We cannot thank you enough for bringing Wesley (& Nelson) to our wedding day. So many of our guests were thrilled to see them there!

I can’t thank sue enough for all she done for us making it go as smoothly as possible. It was so lovely to have our precious boy at our wedding but equally knowing he was being so well looked after when he wasn’t needed was such a weight off our minds knowing he was happy. I can’t recommend her enough I don’t know how we would have done the wedding without her. The photos and videos she also took of Hugo during the day was such a lovely touch and lush to see what Hugo got up aswell. Nothing was ever too much trouble Hugo had the best day and so did we.

From start to finish Sue and Pete at a Pad 4 Paws have been great.
They were great at getting back to us promptly and really had everything covered.
From our first chat with them we were happy we'd made the right choice.
Ted was picked up on the morning of our wedding and was well and truly spoilt!
Lots of fuss, snacks and water as well as his favourite ball and plenty of opportunities to run and play, as well as many photos and videos of his adventures!
Sue blended in so well with our day too, we were very happy to welcome her into our reception and we are so happy she felt comfortable to be with us, and Ted all day.
Her attention to detail is truly amazing. I turned the corner on my approach to the venue and she and Ted were waiting for me to arrive! I got a big sloppy kiss from Ted and a photo of that moment that will last forever!
She is truly the difference between a good day and an incredible one, because if it wasn't for Sue and the unique service she provided so well, a very important member of the family would have been missing, and we really wouldn't have been able to enjoy it in quite the same way.
What you guys are doing is well and truly special and unique, and we both thank you for an unforgettable day that will be treasured.

Sue & Pete are such kind and attentive people. We started using them prior to our wedding in June, however as our boy Buddy is quite nervous, Sue & Pete recognised this and thought a more gradual approach to getting to know them was for the best. After several shorter sessions, Buddy was his usual playful self and able to have sleepovers without being nervous! On the day of our wedding, it was a really hot day so Sue made it her priority to keep Buddy as cool and safe as possible. Buddy loves Sue & Pete and their dogs!! 🐾💙

Sue & Pete were amazing, allowing us to have our two pups at our big day minus all the stress of managing a 2 year old springer & a 6 month old setter! The pups loved them both and we got great updates when they were away from us letting us relax snd not worry about them!

I first met Sue at the southwest wedding fair last year. I didn’t even know such service exists. She was so kind and approachable at her stall, I knew she was the lady for my girls. Once I booked my wedding I contacted Sue about looking after them for the entire day. She made a bespoke package that worked for us.

We then met Sue a few weeks before the wedding. She came to the house and met the dogs. She asked lots of questions and made sure we knew exactly what to expect on the day of the wedding.

On the day of the wedding my lovely girls received the best care. It was a very hot day and Sue made sure they were watered, fed and kept safe. They were there when I needed them for photos and to greet the guests. I received photos and videos throughout the day which was so lovely. I got a perspective from the dogs views which I loved! She was there all day and night and my girls were thoroughly looked after. I didn’t have to worry at all.

Thankyou so much Sue for everything. This was one of the best things about my wedding and we are so glad the dogs could join us on our special day! They are part of the family and it wouldn’t have been the same without them! I will recommend your services to everyone. You are an incredible lady and the girls loved your company! We were so happy with the service we received from Sue and Dave in the build up to our wedding. They were suppliers that planned well ahead and kept us informed and answered any questions we had.

On the day Darwin was so happy. Getting to be part of our day as well as getting to rest and relax when he needed to. He was involved in our wedding just as we had hoped he would be and was always around when needed but living his best life.

The photos and videos we have received of his adventures throughout the day have bought us so much joy. We can see just how happy and well looked after he was. He was sad to be left with us at the end he had such a lovely time hehe.

Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to have their dog cared for on their special day. They’ll definitely have the best day too!

Sue and Pete were amazing, during the whole lead up to the wedding, they would answer all our queries, ensure we were comfortable during the meet and greet of our dog with their two, and during the day were so on it ensuring our dog was under control but part of the whole day. Our nerves were put completely at ease. Thank you so much for everything you both did!! Absolutely recommend this lovely couple.

We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after and chaperone our boy (Wilfred) at our wedding.
Prior to the big day we had multiple meetings with Sue and Pete to arrange the logistics for the day. This made us feel extremely relaxed, at ease and enjoy the morning leading up to the day.

Sue and Pete kindly had Wilfred the evening before and the evening of the wedding. This ensured Wilfred was settled for the day.

Thankfully, we had incredible weather for our big day and upon arrival to the venue we could see our boy sat in the shade, with Pete and fresh bowl of water. Pete you were amazing!! You made both us and Wilfred relaxed on the day and it was lovely to see the love Wilfred has for you.

Sue and Pete looked after our fur babies as if they were part of their family.

We had a few hurdles to overcome when we got another puppy 9 months before the wedding and there was a risk she would be in season. There was no trouble at all for Sue and Pete to help us, of course they would take our new puppy and they worked out a plan with us in case she did come into season and she couldn't stay with them. I was so grateful for their help and support as I was so worried about what to do.

Both of our dogs could stay with Sue and Pete, we had our meet and greet at their home where the dogs got settled and welcomed with open arms.

The day of the wedding it was perfect to have Merlin and Morgana there, it just made everything that much more special to have our whole family there. I can't thank Sue and Pete enough for making it possible. The dogs had the best time with Sue and Pete, and I got regular updates of how they were getting on and even some behind the scenes photos of the dogs on the wedding day.

Couldn’t have asked for better! We felt so comfortable leaving the dogs in the care of Sue and Pete, knowing they would be looked after and treated as their own. Everything was absolutely perfect and we don’t have the easiest dogs in the world…Everyone was very impressed, they were being called the dog whisperers! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are AMAZING!!

Sue & Pete are truly incredible people. They love dogs with their whole hearts and that much was obvious from our first zoom call with them, to the first meeting with our dogs and to drop off on the day before the wedding. The love they showed our babies was second to none. They took Bella and Milo in like they were their own and I had photos sent to me beginning just 20 minutes after we dropped them off right up until the morning of collection. We knew our babies were safe, loved and cared for the whole time. She brought the dogs to our wedding for photos and she kept them entertained and busy the whole time to ensure they didn’t get bored or start acting up (we were shocked that they were even our dogs.. there’s usually no calming them down!). Sue took her time and patience with them to settle them down when they started barking. They were so well looked after and cared for. We even found out Pete slept on the sofa with our dogs on the last night! Phenomenal service, we’re now looking at getting Bella and Milo into doggy day care with them as soon as life returns to pre-wedding normality!

We came across APad4Paws dog chaperoning on instagram whilst looking for someone to look after our anxious dog Douglas for our wedding. We knew Sue and Pete would be the perfect match after reading they had looked after anxious dogs in the past. Sue was absolutely BRILLIANT on the day! Our boy is very nervous and shy’s away from people he has not met but leading up to the wedding we had a few zoom calls and on the day he was not nervous around her at all! She came with treats to hand, walked him around the grounds so they got used to each other and was there for every photo moment and he even managed to be our ring bearer on the day with her keeping a close eye in case he needed any help. (We were not sure if he would be able to do this)
We are so grateful to have come across APad4Paws and highly recommend them to anyone. Our dog Douglas has found a new friend in Sue and we will always remember how smoothly our big day went thanks to her.

Ever since we got engaged, we were so keen for our Labrador, Barney, to be involved in our Wedding, but we weren’t sure how this would work. We booked our Venue and noticed that they recommended aPad4Paws as a Dog Chaperoning Service; all of a sudden, Barney attending our Wedding became entirely possible!
From the first point of communication, Sue & Pete have been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. They were able to offer a number of options as to how Barney could be involved in the Wedding and their Service is truly bespoke; everything was tailored to us, with Barney being the main focus. After our initial Zoom Meeting, Barney attended Day Care as a Trial and this went well, Sue & Pete kept up updated with how Barney was settling in and it was so reassuring to hear from them! After this, Sue & Pete kept in touch and we had another Zoom Meeting just before our Wedding to iron out the final details.
We dropped Barney off the day before the Wedding and, again, we received lots of photos and videos to reassure us that he was settling in well. On the day of the Wedding, Sue brought Barney along and we cannot thank her enough for her hard work and professionalism. She made sure that Barney was calm and relaxed at the Venue and nothing was too much trouble for her! Not only did she make sure that Barney was around for all of the photo opportunities, she also snapped lots of photos of us all together and even photos and videos of the Wedding from Barney’s perspective!!! Afterwards, Sue took Barney back to theirs and he stayed for another two nights; this included lots of nice naps on the sofa, play time with the other dogs and some good sniffy walks!
Again, we cannot thank Sue & Pete enough for caring for Barney like he was one of their own dogs and for allowing us to have him with us on our special day; it honestly would not have been possible without them!
