Excellent service starting with Jasmine in the UK office and finishing with George Maher in Egypt. A superb and knowledgeable team that helps you make an informed decision in buying the best property, and then keep you updated with progress made in your project with regular Video and voice messages.
I Would definitely recommend them to others and would be happy to use their services again.

I was about to buy a studio apartment in Hurghada from a person in Scotland. He took 6-8 weeks without any result because his lawyer in Hurghada messed him up.
In meantime, i received an email from PADSABROAD LTD. selling a one bedroom apartment near the studio apartment. I contacted Yasmin at PADSBROAD, she assisted me and/or guided me in every step until i owned the apartment. She was there to answer all my questions at any time of the day. I was bit nervous to part with hard earned money. She was positive all the time and assured me that my money was safe. Within 5-8 days of my inquiry the deeds were transferred to my name. It also helped me to have an honest lawyer whom i knew in Hurghada, who went to look at the apartment in Joya Resort building and he assured me that the apartment was worth buying at that price, fully furnished and in good location. Yasmin has her own apartment in the same area and she was very positive, very honest and very helpful in assisting in every aspect of me buying from this company. It is not easy to trust people now a days, but Yasmin was great and made it so easy for me to buy this apartment. I will definitely buy another good property from her.

On the UK side Jasmin always made herself available to quickly deal with any paperwork, issues and queries quickly and effortlessly. George (their agent in Egypt) was with us throughout the entire process following our arrival, from picking us up and viewing the property, to introducing us to the Lawyer and during the various legal & court proceedings. He has a wealth of local knowledge and was all too happy to offer impartial advice on the local area, including how to set up various utility services and development procedures, to mention only a few.

The after sales support is also second to none, with George also prepared to meet up to help sort out some utilities and furniture purchases. All above and beyond.

Also worth a special mention was the Lawyer who Pads Abroad helped appoint, who had worked very hard behind the scenes to prepare all the necessary paperwork in advance which made the court process run incredibly smoothly.

To sum up Pads Abroad are a really great company who work brilliantly as a team and who are entirely focused on their clients, be it vendor or purchaser.
