I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with Neil of Rivermead Global and his team. My experience with them was wonderful. They provided the most professional services. I enlisted their help to fully furnish my Hurghada apartment. Neil, fully designed my interior space using 3d animation and consulted with me every step of the way, ensuring that everything was done to my expectations. I selected their Anubis package and then made some modifications. Dealing with Neil was absolutely the best!!! He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I was able to get this all organized from my home in Canada! Just for some background, I am Egyptian Canadian and opted to use this British company for my apartment as they simply are the best at what they do! Everything is transparent and done to European/American standard. I highly recommend!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I feel the need to give Rivermead Global LTD another glowing review with my recent visit to Hurghada. This was my 1st visit to Hurghada with also staying in my apartment at Tiba View since buying from Rivermead Global back in 2017. Where do I start, I was a bit dubious going out to Hurghada after the covid pandemic on seeing and living in the apartment after 5 years since purchase but that soon disappeared after walking into the apartment and seeing how Rivermead Global LTD have really looked after apartment after all these years. I have always felt welcomed even after all this time and well looked after from arranging of airport transfers through Neil, getting pickup by Mahmoud at airport right down to getting apartment cleaned by Monic for our arrival, nothing to much bother for Neil when making all these arrangements. All left really to be said is what an Outstanding customer service Rivermead Global LTD provide for there clients and I’m sure am not the only client who feels like this when visiting there apartment. A massive thank you to Neil (MD) and all his ground staff in Egypt on making my visit a home from home.

Amazing experience
I had the pleasure last week to go to see my apartment and was very happy with the development. The Rivermead guys took me from my hotel to the the development. I met the developer and saw the recent completed developments. I also saw some competed apartments. These guys are the real deal, very open and honest with nothing to hide. Cannot wait to have my apartment completed to enjoy the sun. I hope to do much more business with Neil and the team.

Aqua Palms Resort Purchase
I have recently just come back from Egypt to visit my studio apartment at the Aqua Palms Resort. The buying process was easy and straightforward. The hotel was well decorated and comfortable. Best full service I’ve experienced so far
The main thing was how to get good quality furniture to the apartment we buy. To purchase apartment there wasnt issue. The main criteria was apartment buy the pool, 1 bedroom with large living room, high quality of furniture with all set up that we like not a developer.
We found a company Rivermead Global with Neil and Hamada who assisted us all the way from finding the right property, arranging furniture set up in the apartment together with buying high quality furniture. And main thing was registering property ownership in our names. Neil has arranged everything.
We changed furniture set up many times, couldn’t make decisions. Neil was verr helpful.
Even small issues with developer he solved very quick, resort maintenance staff fixed.
When I buy another property I definitely use company’s Rivermead Global services.

Bad Rental service
During last year I was renting apartment from this company, their manager Mr. Hamada Esmat was in charge for renting the apartment at famous Turtles Beach Resort. I didn’t not get proper rental contract for that apartment and in last week In July he just came and told me that I must left apartment as soon as possible. So I needed to left even when apartment was paid. So for very short time I needed to collect all my staff and search another accommodation. All Rent and fees were paid on time. all your explanations which you gave is not true, and regarding washing machine it was paid. There is a lot of lies from side of your manager and a lot of manipulations. I did not lost my job I left… you as a company are in charge to let me know I’m advance one month before you cancel the apartment? Did you give me any money any written paper? No, no contract just go out because your manager was laying and manipulating as he is doing right now. That is how they are professional. And how he is continued to lay, you, me, clients, all….

Angelica, as you seem intent on continuing to write these reviews wherever you can even though Trustpilot have removed them previously I will reply to this one and hopefully you will stop spreading these lies. Some of the apartments we rent out are also used by the apartment owners which is the case with the one you rented out and you were told this before renting it. Therefore, we couldn't give you a long term rental contract as it was on a month by month basis, we even purchased a washing machine for you as you asked for one. The reason I didn't want to have to reply to these reviews is because I don't want to tell everyone of your situation or things you did but as you don't want to stop writing them I have no choice.
During the period you were in the apartment you lost your job and the people you are now writing negative reviews about were the ones that tried to help you, even lending you money. I have the text messages from yourself confirming you still owe over 40,000 EGP. We allowed you to stay in the apartment even though you couldn't afford the rent due to losing your job while you found somewhere else. You didn't find anywhere else and the owners were due out to use their apartment so we had to tell you to leave.
You still owe a lot of money to several people in Hurghada and I'm not sure whether you were hoping to have these debts written off by writing these reviews and also sending explicit texts/videos but unfortunately you are coming to the wrong people.
We rented you an apartment, you knew it wasn't long term, you lost your job and couldn't afford the rent, we allowed you to stay until you found somewhere else, you didn't bother finding anywhere else, so in the end we had to ask you to leave. Were we supposed to allow you to stay rent free forever?? Neil (MD)

I’ve recently bought a one bed apartment at Aqua Tropical through Rivermead. I cannot express enough how professional and pleasant the whole process has been.
The communication and customer service has far exceeded my expectations. I was kept up to date by email and by phone which made me feel safe in their hands as a respectable company.
Even when I flew out to Hurghada, I was shown the local area and met some of the other wonderful owners. I was taken around the local area and shown some of the best spots to visit to help me orient myself and get a taste of Hurghada. Sipping a cold drink whilst overlooking the sea after viewing my apartment was a very pleasant experience!
Tom has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He has made himself available to answer all of my questions and I have felt confident in being clear about the whole process throughout.
From my personal experience, the team at Rivermead are a reliable company with a heart and passion for top quality customer service. I’m looking forward to my next trip out to Hurghada and being able to stay at my new apartment. Thank you to Tom for all your efforts and also to Hamada for being my guide whilst out there. I am truly grateful.

Great Customer Service
I purchased my apartment from Neil in 2019 and received great customer service from the whole Rivermead Global Team.
I usually go back to my apartment Hurghada twice per year where I am met by Monic who does a great job looking after my apartment while people are renting out from Rivermead Global.
Once again I want to Thank Neil and his whole team for the great customer service they provide and taking me through the whole journey of purchasing my apartment/ furnishing it/ renting it out/ and treating me like a guest when I return to Hurghada to use it. Thank You

Excellent Service
We cannot rate Neil and his team highly enough. Rivermead took on the task of furnishing our apartment for us in Hurghada. From start to finish we were kept informed of what was happening, via Whatsapp and email, complete with photos and videos.
We didn't want any of the standard furnishing packages and Neil advised that the furniture is hand-made in Hurghada by local tradesman and, between us, we worked out what we wanted and how it would look. Neil was with us every step of the way which is really important when we are in the UK unable to actually be on site.
The photos of the finished apartment look amazing and we look forward to picking up our keys from the Rivermead team when we visit Hurghada in April.

Can you imagine trying to do that without being able to communicate properly, which is often the case if dealing with Egyptian companies. With us having a team on the ground who can deal with the carpenters, sofa manufacturers, fabric shops, air con engineers, appliance shops etc... and a UK base able to speak to our clients and the team on the ground makes it so much easier. Aqua Tropical Resort Purchase
I have recently completed a purchase at the Aqua Tropical Resort, Hurghada through Rivermead and can honestly say its been the easiest property purchase i have ever made.
Everything is explained in advance and there was no hard sell, the feeling i got is they want what is right for you as the customer not for themselves.
Tom at Rivermead has been extremely professional throughout the whole process and i feel has gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Nothing is ever too much for him and the communication from him is excellent.

I am glad you mentioned the point we don't do the hard sell, which I think some people are expecting and when they don't get it, feel as though we aren't trying to sell them an apartment. We pride ourselves on not pushing people but ensuring you have all the information, answers to questions or anything else you need and you can then make an informed decision without anyone telling you "it's the last one, the resort is sold out, or we have someone else looking at buying it so you need to buy it now" etc... etc... It does sometimes put us at a disadvantage because other companies will use those pressure tactics, but we can sleep at night knowing we did the best for our clients and receiving reviews like this just makes it all worthwhile. I now have to step up and create an amazing 3D model of your apartment for furnishing, which I am working on now and should be with you this week. Excellent Service from Rivermead Global
I recently purchased and furnished a 2-bedroom apartment in Hurghada through Rivermead Global and couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
I was very fussy with regards to the location of the apartment I was buying as I wanted the sun on the balcony in the afternoon, nothing was too much trouble to help with this, Neil arranged for photos and videos to be taken at different times of the day so I could see the sun position. I also wanted a fairly bespoke kitchen layout and this was done exactly as I'd asked for.
A potentially stressful activity was made very easy and accessible by Rivermead Global and Neil and the team and I cannot wait to finally visit my new property!
