From the moment we call arranged a viewing with page and wells in aylesford we was met at our new home by izzi who was absolutely amazing, never tried to push it on us or rush us through was very helpful with questions we had. Once we put in an offer and got the ball rolling a colleague called lily kept us updated through out with what was going on behind the scenes. Honestly was such a smooth purchase. We recently sold our property with Page & Wells in Larkfield and cannot speak highly enough of the team; Sam, Phil & Izzy. 

Sam came out to value the property and we were really impressed with her enthusiasm, her obvious passion for her work and she couldn't speak highly enough about our house. She assured us we would have no trouble selling our property achieving the price we wanted, so there was never any thought of going with anyone else after her visit. 

Izzy and Phil were just as impressive when it came to dealing with the viewings, providing feedback after each viewing.

In fact, Izzy was superb in dealing with our eventual buyer who was one of the first to view the property after 3 days on the market and putting in an offer there and then.

Once the sale had been handed over to the progressions team, Lily was equally impressive in keeping us updated on progress, chasing solicitors and answering any questions that we and our buyer, had right through to completion

From the first interaction I felt the sale of my late fathers home would be in safe hands. Phil & Izzy were just brilliant. They handled all the viewings on my behalf, kept me informed at all times and really pushed for the best price we could achieve. I also used their recommended conveyancers and they were pretty good too albeit a bit slow, given that the transaction was chain-free/cash buyer, it should have gone through quicker BUT needless to say, Page & Wells were brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. We purchased our property through the Loose office, and their service was second to none. Knowing that we were on a same day exchange and completion, they even vacuumed the house for us prior to our completion at 5.15pm. Their communication was excellent throughout, despite the fact that the seller's solicitor was moving at a snail's pace through the paperwork, but they were happy to chase on our behalf. Full marks.
