They consistently marketed the property, making changes and adaptations to keep the property fresh on online portals as well as reaching out to their sizable client base. The team adapted with a tough market and did a really great job. Really pleased with the service I received. Total professionalism shown throughout from day one. Always kept up to date with all prospective buyers, and my endless questions were answered without delay.

I have brought and sold through page and wells and found them professional and very helpful throughout.

I found with my recent sale they were brilliant at keeping me updated through the process. They communicated with the buyer when things were slowing down enabling things to speed up. My solicitor commented on how helpful they were at helping things move. They were always there to answer questions when needed. Thank you James, Adam and Team at Loose.

We had a really good experience with Page and Wells. They got the property marketed quickly and found a buyer in good time. But what also mattered was how quickly they responded to queries and how well they understood our particular concerns. A pleasure to deal with. John and Dick Booth

Excellent communication which made things run smoothly and stress free

James and Adam remained optimistic and cheerful despite it taking a long time to sell my house. We got there in the end and I am grateful for the time they took to reassure me during stressful moments!

I have used Page & Wells (Loose) a couple of times now and whilst I have no intention of moving again for a very long time, I think they are a good estate agents should I need one at any point.

A fantastic service throughout our property purchase. Page & Wells Bearsted office have been exemplary. Nicol Crouch has supported us throughout the process & we cant praise her highly enough.
Thankyou to everyone for making the experience a pleasant one. 😊👍

Referencing was fast and all other processes before moving in was so easy. Big ups to the team.

This review is directed at the Maidstone Lettings team, as once again we have been made to feel like second class citizens. The staff here do not see tenants as customers, just landlords, their total lack of respect for our privacy is astonishing.

They constantly pander to neighbours unjustified and ridiculous complaints about the trees they claim are over hanging. No communication from them until the last minute, giving contractors our details but failing to inform us so we have no idea what they want or why they are calling.

In the last five years we have had countless errors and delays from incompetent staff who claim they have done their best. We were left with no heating or hot water for over a week and the total sum of their efforts was one call to one contractor who said they were looking into the availability of parts.

No compassion, no empathy, no respect! It seems that the staff change every five minutes yet the next ones appear to have no more interest than the last.

As I have said, they do not see tenants as customers which is very clear in their approach. If you are considering renting any property via them I would be very careful. I am led to believe there is a different level of service when you are a buyer which is clearly demonstrated in their reviews from buyers, it’s a shame they can’t filter that through to tenants.

We are very happy with how our house sale has gone, Mike & Nicola are super professional and were really supportive through the whole process which can be quite stressful.
Nicola has kept us up to date sometimes even daily and I haven’t had to chase, from living locally I would 100% use Page and Wells Bearsted again and recommend them highly if you are looking for an agent.

We sold our house through Page and Wells Larkfield, they were excellent throughout the process, providing us with meaning full trusted information at every stage in the process. Where Page and Wells excelled themselves, was when the processes of moving encountered difficulties that could not have been for seen, they actively listened to our concerns and provided thought full advice as to alternative strategies to achieve our end goal.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh from Page & Walls to rent my dream home, and I am absolutely delighted with the service and expertise they provided. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to helping me find the perfect property were outstanding.
