Page & Wells Avaliações

When my mother died in 2016 Page & Wells sold her property for us & we were so impressed by the service we received that they were the automatic choice as estate agents for us when my father-in-law died earlier this year (2021) to find a buyer & arrange the sale of his property in Bearsted.

All very straight forward you may think but we happen to live 300 plus miles away & the distance plus the pandemic conspired to make things as difficult as possible.

Page & Wells made the process as easy as they did for us in 2016, keeping us fully informed at all times via email & website & offering guidance when we required it.

The sale was completed in good time with a minimum of fuss.

All in all, excellent service from all in the Bearsted office. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Page & Wells.

First class service, we were purchasers but still the level of commitment from Mike and the team at the Bearsted brand was outstanding. Always there to help with any request.

Mike Fisher and the team at Bearsted branch made the whole process feel stress free and run smoothly. Communication was fantastic, they were very accomodating and nothing was too much bother, genuinely really nice people.
We highly recommend them.
Thank you Ben & Nikki

James Palin was great and was very responsive. I would highly recommend Page and Wells Loose Office.

My only negative would be the answering of Phone Calls by a third party when the local office is busy, nor very professional.

We have just sold our property with Page and Wells.
We have been very pleased with the level of service given over the period of the sale. We would happily use them again in the future.

I have just sold my property through Page and Wells. This is the third time I have employed this local company and each time I have found them to be Professional, Approachable and very Efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you all.

We had the disappointing experience of dealing with Page&Wells with a potential house we was looking at buying.
They couldn't answer any questions we asked about the property, didn't seem interested in finding out either. Also the description of the property doesn't describe the actual property as it should be either. Almost like they were trying to hide things. I would avoid them at all costs.

Thank you to all the staff at Page & Wells, Bearsted. From the first viewing with Ian Walker where we fell in love with our now successfully purchased property, to the numerous communication between us and the vendor which was skilfully managed by the constant diligence and approachable manner of Adam Aelen we can’t overstate the personal touch everyone made to our experience. Adam in particular went above and beyond to trying to accommodate us and the vendor’s requests and I would not hesitate in recommending both him and the company to anyone purchasing a property. It’s so refreshing to be able to work with a company that really pulls out all the stops to make things happen. The staff really are a credit to this business and the impression left is nothing but a good one.

Great service friendly and professional service highly recommended

Very impressed by Page & Wells. I couldn't fault the Larkfield team: Sam, Coral & Phil - all very friendly, helpful, professional. Kept me up-to-date with everything, and made it a smooth process. I also initially dealt with Duncan and James, who again were very helpful and professional. Page & Wells were recommended to me, I will continue to recommend. Thank you very much!

It's been some months now that the process of moving into my new property was completed. Thanks to Adam and the team at the Bearsted Office for their full attention to all my questions and queries. Adam and the whole team was always helpful, friendly and polite. All went without any issues. I would recommend Page and Wells if you want a good friendly estate agent.

I have previously used Page & Wells to sell my property and they came up trumps! I therefore decided to use their services again and Steve visited, explained the process, took on board my requirements and very quickly found a proceedable buyer. Shortly afterwards the chain was complete. I was concerned initially as there were eight in the chain. However I cannot praise the sterling work of Michelle enough. She kept the chain moving along, advised any issues and was brilliant about responding to queries. There was a wobble near exchange but with Michelle's help we managed to exchange and will shortly complete. I cannot recommend this company enough particularly Steve and Michelle. Thankyou.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!! Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. They also prevented us from viewing the property before we complete which we thought is being spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense.

Duncan, James and Ann at Page and Wells in Loose navigated us through a tricky and protracted sales process resulting in success. We are very grateful. Their communication was excellent and their experience invaluable. Thank you Page and Wells Loose.

From when we first contacted page and Wells for a valuation we have been impressed by the commitment and professionalism. However, Adam Aelen in particular has been fantastic throughout our house selling process. He provided regular updates and was often instrumental in helping to keep the chain moving when it started to slow. He was really patient and happy to answer any questions we had.We would thoroughly recommend him and the wider team. Thank you!

We are about to complete on the sale of our family home of over 20 years. David Page has been knowledgable, informative and supportive throughout and has managed the whole process very smoothly. We have no hesitation in recommending Page & Wells and extend our thanks to David in particular.

The most important criteria to me during a conveyance is communication and Page and Wells delivered 100%, the whole process from start to finish was painless. Full marks to Adam Aelen

Thank you!
We highly recommend Page and Wells for their professionalism, fairness and for going that extra mile. We have purchased and sold properties through our local branches and were exceptionally pleased with the service.
The property market can be quite daunting and stressful. Staff were always on hand, friendly and honest.
If you are going to use an estate agent, use a good one!
Page and Wells!

Lovely helpful company who have worked hard to get the best price on our property. David Page has taken the time to show people around and give us sound advice.
Michelle and the team in the office have always been on the ball and helpful. Sadly joint agency with Strutt and Parker who will certainly not deserve their share.
Thank you so much 🙏

I have used the Page and Wells Bearsted office twice in the last year and their service has been exceptional both times when selling my mother's house and then our own.
It has been a pleasure dealing with a small friendly
village office who are extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and always very helpful.
By knowing who to contact, Ian Walker even managed to sell our house before it was advertised.
Adam and Lynne have also been very helpful with queries and sales progression and have always kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Viewings were confirmed by text and feedback was always provided afterwards.
I am happy to recommend this excellent team and thank them for their efforts.
