Agree with all the comments so far. Total scam site. When you don't pay they demand money with menaces alledgedly using a bunch of lawyers in Munich. No lawyer would act in this way by sending repeat letters over that period of time for the same amount. Lawyers would add interest and time spent on the case.

Canceled my subscription but they kept charging me and sent me letters threatening me with legal shit if I don't pay and shut up.

A bunch of criminal scammers defrauding lots of people by offering a dating site that is full of Nigerians, bots and women with no profile and fuzzy photos.
Inform the UK Police and Action Fraud.
Cancel Credit Cards and Bank Debit Cards as Dateblaster AG, Paidwings AG, Auerwittetheil and Fairmount will illegally take funds fraudulently.
Do not be tempted by these scammers.

Paidwings is a scam.
After using a dating website (nostrings.net), realising that it was bogus and cancelling my account they attempted to collect further money from my bank which stopped the withdrawal. I have now been contacted by people who claim to be lawyers demanding further money for services that I cannot access from a company that I am unable to contact.

I visited their site once and saw that it wasn´t fom me. The the demands started coming. They don´t have my phone number or credit card info, so after a year of emails, they went to letters. Nice letters, but with spelling errors and sent by "the lawyers" ( they can´t use names as it is a protected class of work, say you are a lawyer and not being one=fraud. ) Some months later they fixed the spelling errors, but still it looked quite unprofessional. Now they have started to get back to email again, that naturally goes direct to the trashbin - but it makes me happy that someone in Europe are still thinking about me.
We are in year 4 of this right now and i were hoping that they would drag me to court by now, as i like to see their "evidence". Consumer advice agency advice to ignore them.

As others have said, the best response is to notify Action Fraud and UK Police.
This is an International scam organisation. Their "Debt Collection" partner is another scam outfit, who have simply modified the name of a legitimate company to frighten people into paying them.

SCAM SITE! Avoid at all costs. Spread the word....

And somehow they've now got my banking details and they are drawing money from my account - hackers maybe? I have never ever given them my full banking details.

Paidwing AG senden mir nach 3 Jahren neue alte Forderungen, trotz Widerspruchs.
Ich habe aber letztlich eine Frage: Wie kann es sein, dass nach Jahren, in denen diese betrügerische Masche offengelegt wurde, die einfach weitermachen können? Warum geht das?

Paid wings keep asking me to send them a bankers draft, i have had no peace with them, they keep asking for different amounts , my bank closed recently and i don't knowhow to send a bankers draft, its driving me round the twist

Trotz bestätigter (!) Kündigung werde ich nun schon seit drei Monaten mit Mahnungen eingedeckt und neuestens nun auch noch ein Inkassoverfahren angedroht. Und dies, obwohl ich mich nur für die kostenlose Variante registriert hatte! Hände weg von Paidwings-Websites!!!!!!

Paidwings AG are a scamming operation working behind the screening companies Auerwittetheil and Dateblaster AG.
Having been told that I owed money for a subscription which had been cancelled and I have an email confirming, I have taken the following action:
Notified UK Police and Action Fraud who will liase with Interpol.
Cancelled Credit Card after reporting Fraud.
E mailed Auerwittetheil requesting the name of the Lawyer/Advocate advising the said companies, if they act for them.
Asking for address of offices and advising that myself and my Legal Representative will attend their offices with Interpol.
They are criminals and are acting illegally.
