Does anyone know if they really do take them to court or not cause not I’m getting emails saying if I don’t pay before I certain date they will take me to court and I don’t really want to go to court

Paidwings dating site keeps trying to take money from me. Recently they got one from my bank for 104. I have disputed this with my bank and cancelled my card. They are also sending me threatening emails.

I wasn't massively.bothered by the emails bit the fact they have reached into my account and take 104 out, that concerns me.

Do not trust any site or product bearing their name, they will charge you multiple times the stated amount, never return correspondence and threatening you with court for money you don't owe. Modern day extortionist

I'm coming back after 6 months. In May, I received a letter with threats to the court, so I sent them the money, but after the opinions I saw, i report to the bank it and the bank returned it. Since June, they have been sending me threats to the court by e-mail every 2-3 weeks and have been doing so for 5 months. Dont pay him !

Thanks everyone who shared experiences. I've had a very similar experience to everyone else and followed their published procedure to cancel within 14 days and cancel the so called contract. I also engaged in a long chat with their support team but to no avail. Thankfully my bank would not process the payment so I have not lost out. I've had the expected emails from Paidmount and Auerwittethiel which I'm ignoring. If they go to court I have the long email chain with their support team to challenge it. If anyone is interested, Auerwittethiel are registered at Companies House in the UK, number OC420660, and they are in a spot of bother themselves as their accounts are overdue. Profits for 2023 are £768, 2022, £397; 2021, £5524; 2020, £16539. This is public information. As other folks have said, they are unlikely to go to the expense of taking us to court and expose their shady operation.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen hier Strafanzeige wegen Betruges zu stellen und mit dieser Anzeige die Buchung beim Kreditkartenanbieter zu reklamieren. Es ist schon fraglich, wieso Visa & Co hier nicht tätig werden.

Leider muss man 1 Stern vergeben.
Ist ein absolutes Betrugsunternehmen.
Lasst euch nicht einschüchtern, auch nicht von Rechtsanwälten die den Namen nicht verdienen RECHT. Denen sollte man ihre Lizenz entziehen.
Haben mich mehrfach angeschrieben und gedroht.
Habe Denen geschrieben, dass ich nie einen Dienstleistungsvertrag mit denen abgeschlossen habe.Sollen mir einen richterlichen Bescheid zusenden. Damit würde ich zur örtlichen Polizei gehen und Anzeige erstatten. Das machen die aber nicht, weil die Gerichtsbekannt sind. Habe zum Glück eine Rechtsschutzversicherung. Die habe ich dann auch sofort kontaktiert.
Die kennen den Verein schon.

Man findet unzählige negative Erfahrungen geschädigter Verbraucher und Nutzer die von Paidwing in den letzten Jahren in Abofallen gelockt und getäuscht wurden. Bei einigen Portalen von Paidwings gibt es ganz offensichtlich jede Menge an Fake Profilen, obwohl Paidwing mit handgeprüften Mitgliedern wirbt.
Warum gibt es kein Zusammenschluss von Geschädigten in Form einer Sammelklage ?!? Hier werden ohne Zweifel in großem Stil seit Jahren Verbraucher schamlos abgezockt.

Chancers and scum bags. They will try it on with what appears to be an automatic mailing system. I had yet another pre-printed mail from them in July for a random amount a full year after leaving! It is not being responded to or paid.

Total scam.
They want me to print off a form and actually sign it with my details and return to cancel a subscription.
I have notified the fraud department

Det er totalt bedrageri og fidus. BETAL IKKE!! noget!, også selvom der er rykkere fra forskellige advokatfirmaer både på mail og papirbrev. Det står organiseret kriminalitet bag, derfor vil retssamfundet ikke kunne stoppe det.

I signed up for this site and paid the first instalment but the faces were this distorted so i upgraded to premium but nothing had changed ,I contacted the company and they stated it was to protect the clients it was at this point i realised it was a scam site so i cancelled my subscription which was hard to do eventually they cancel after 2 months ,they took further payment which my bank got back for me now being threated by a germany law firm .

I signed up to one of Paidwings AG sites but after a very sort time I realised it was a total scam so went through their termination procedure as per the terms and conditions. Due to personal circumstances I didn't check my bank account for several months b
ar looking at my short text weekly statement. I was astonished to see many payments out for considerably more than the single card payment I made.
I had my bank recover theses payments under their card fraud system but have now been receiving demand letters for payment via a German lawyer.
On advice from my bank, I am ignoring theses demands, due to the incorrect recovery protocol by Paidwings AG.
Your bank fraud department are there to protect you and will work to prevent fraudulent payment requests...use them!

Ik kreeg maanden nadat ik de site had bekeken ineens van een incassobureau een mail met dat ik nog 269 moest betalen terwijl ik de site niet meer bekeek.
Zelf kreeg ik het niet voor elkaar om te vinden hoe ik mezelf moest afmelden of contact kon opnemen. Nu krijg ik via een incassobureau mails dat ik moet betalen en mijn abbonement elke maand 70 euro nog steeds doorloopt.
Heeft iemand ervaring of kennis met deze site of onderneming?
Ik wil er graag vanaf.
