I do not understand why no matter how many times I fill in the complaints on there website it keeps staying "page not responding" I've tried at least 9 times and it's becoming more of a problem.

If someone out there can pass on any email address they have contacted "paidwings"?

Worst payment site ever. they have been taking money from my account after giving notice and terminating my contract. Keep well away!!!!!!!

Es ist deshalb angezeigt, bei jedem Pro¬blem eine Grundsatzdebatte zu führen, die schon bei der Gültigkeit des Vertrags ansetzt. Weshalb? Art. 406d OR sieht einen schriftlichen Vertragsschluss als Gültigkeits¬form vor. Ein schriftlicher Vertragsschluss bedarf der eigenhändigen Unterschrift der verpflichteten Parteien, also des Kunden und der Online-Partnervermittlung (vgl. Art. 13 f. OR). Dies können die gängigen Online-Partner¬vermittler jedoch nicht vorweisen. Auch bedienen sie sich nicht der gleichwertigen digitalen Signatur (vgl. Art. 14 Abs. 2bis OR). Betrüger die meinen “Es gäbe kein Widerrufsrecht”. Lastschrift wurde jetzt einfach von mir zerhackselt und mit Stinkefinger zurückgesendet ;) ich hakte euch auf dem Laufenden was die als nächstes machen wenn sie merken das kein Geld kommt.

Verbrecher..hab nicht einmal den Dienst genutzt..nur kurz angemeldet..und Zack ...Kohle!! Da gibt's ein guten Anwalt.. für 300 klärt er alles..und dann ist man fein raus da. Einfach mal Google'n

Auf dieser Dateline Seitensprungtreff24.de funktioniert überhaupt nichts. Nachrichten können von Angschriebenen nicht gelesen werden, Nachrichten an mich können nicht beantwortet werden. Diese Dateline ist nur verbrecherische, Betrugs-Abzocke. Möglichkeiten, den Vertag zu widerrufen und zu kündigen, findet in diesem Portal leider auch nicht

Vor dieser Firma kann nicht genug gewarnt werden... Obschon ich 2023 rechtzeitig mein Abo gekündigt habe, haben sie meine
Kreditkarte im Dezember 2023 wieder mit Fr. 149.70 belastet...

Paidwings spielt mit der Unwissenheit der Menschen, es gibt auf der Seite eine Möglichkeit direkt sein Abo zu kündigen, bitte nicht diese Möglichkeit wählen, da bekommt ihr auf eure Accountmail vom Administrator die Bestätigung das die Kündigung eingegangen ist. Dann wird euer Account gesperrt und ihr könnt nicht mehr nachweisen das ihr gekündigt hab.
Bitte nur über Online Kündigungsportalen die auf Paidwings spezialisiert sind kündigen. Oder wenn ihr es selber macht nur über Einschreiben kündigen.
Also leider mehr wie unseriös dieses Unternehmen.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards UK.
I have also filed a report to UKICC, This is the UK International Consumer Centre they are investigating this company together with Fairmont collecting agency.
I will be reporting back as soon as I receive the requested reports.

Update 15/12/23: I am sure most of you have been contacted by an alleged credit collecting company called Fairmount and and their alleged solicitors. I was getting a bit frightened so decided to pay up to Fairmount (145EUR). The payment was declined and received a phone call from my bank telling me it is a well documented scam and they never pay them. She also mentioned the name of the solicitors as part of the scam. Passed information on to Action Fraud team. Not had any information from UKICC as yet.

I have not had any contact with the solicitors as yet but forewarned is forearmed. I looked up the contact details of the real lawyers. The real lawyers contact details are auerwittethiel.de but the scam firm uses auerwittethiel.com. Fairmont uses the same subtle difference.

Subscriptions are not canceled. They keep charging your card without any information. I just found out that they are still charging after 6 months.

@Markus Mahler Betrug ist Betrug. Auch in der Schweiz.Und wenn die Staatsanwaltschaft den Betrug nun festgestellt hat, ist es ja schon einmal ein wichtiger Schritt.

Mich würde noch brennend interessieren, ob irgendjemand von "Auer Witte Thiel" wegen der "Paidwings AG" bereits einen gerichtlichen Mahnbescheid bekommen hat, oder verklagt worden ist. Habe im Netz lange recherchiert und nicht einen Hinweis dazu gefunden. "Auer Witte Thiel" sind Profis und sicherlich nicht zu unterschätzen. Gerade in diesem Dreieck "Paidwings AG", "Fairmount GmbH" und "Auer Witte Thiel"

Die Staatsanwaltschaft in der Schweiz hat gegen die Paidwings AG sogenannter geringfügiger Betrug festgestellt. Die Halunken können unbehelligt straffrei weiter agieren. Erst ab 300 Franken können Sie strafrechtlich zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden.

Scam website
Scam website, bogus profiles. I did cancel my membership via their customer service on line but Cancellation has to be via FAX !*! They make it deliberately difficult so you result in running up an increasing 'account'. I managed to stop payment using my Credit Card Company. Then a letter arrives from a Solicitor based in Munich demanding payment, with sinister implications like they know my IP address; they certainly know my name and my address (Credit card information). They are threatening further action - bailiffs? - which is very easy to do, very difficult to defend yourself from, and racks up even more costs. Although they are a scam they are now running on a legitimate path.

Ongoing: The letter from the Munich based solicitors is a fake!! The address houses a Travel agent and a Pawn shop. A search for the solicitors firm produced a website with very little on it. Enter 'Law firms Munich/Munchen' lists lots of legal firms, but not this one. Search for the individual names on this legal practice - not one of them came up with a legal practitioner - they're all bogus. It does not exist - the legal firm sending the letter is a second level of scam by the same scamsters.
So what to do - screw it up and put it in the fire.

I fell for this scam, so glad I found this site.
FYI, it is illegal (in the UK anyway) to trace someone's home address via a credit/debit card so unless you have given this bunch your address you can't be traced and if they do, they have broken the law! Regarding them using debt collectors, they have no right to enter your premises and have no powers whatsoever other than talk to you. In order to employ Bailiffs the case would have to go through the county court first and you would be able to contest any claims. If you have made a reasonable attempt to cancel your subscription the courts will take a very dim view of the claimant pursuing you through the courts. I am taking legal advice on the matter.
Update 23/06/23;
After getting a bit scared by the threating letters from Fairmont I decide to pay up and put it down to experience. When I tried to pay trough my bank, the payment was declined and a phone call from my bank's Antifraud Department followed soon after. They informed me that it was a total scam and just ignore any threatening emails and possible letters.

Update 27/06/24
Just had the anticipated, threating letter from Auer Whitte Thiel... alleged solicitors of Paidwings. I have spoken to my bank's anti-fraud dep't, they have confirmed they are part of the scamming trio of Paidwings, Fairmont and Auer Whitte Thiel .
Just for me piece of mind, they have offered legal assistance if any attempt at court action from this bunch of scammers..

I have just done some digging around regarding Paidwings AG. The legit Paidwings AG company at the address given is run by a Ruth Weber and is registered with the Swiss government as; "Providing affiliate marketing, content management and e-business services, as well as providing Internet and other services in the same field; complete purpose reclassification in accordance with the Articles of Association." Very interesting.

99,999 % Fake und Abzocke.

Like all other reviews Paidwings AG and Fairmont whatever are a bunch of crooks. Of course, I won't pay the extra costs they are trying to charge me. Don't deal with them they are crimminals!
