It was simply research requested by a client of mine who deals with online dating sites. In other words it was an assignment for me. I requested of Paidwings a free sample so I could start my research. They offered a 16 Euro 3 month program which was too long but I submitted the Visa details. My bank then sent me a request to approve and or disapprove the purchase warning me that something did not seem right...so I did not approve the purchase and was going to research someone else....but I got a note from Paidwings that the payment went through...to my surprise. When I checked the Visa account I noticed they charged the Visa 3 times the amount I requested.

I used this site for a one off and found out it is an absolute scam. Now I keep getting what look like legal letters I have ignored all for a couple months and today decided to ask them to provide me with the contract that states I entered a subscription as I believe I paid a one fee. Doesn’t matter what they say I would go to court but I doubt it. I’m not worried at all by their threats they keep extending deadline dates. It’s pathetic really

Last year I subscribed to them and fell for the scam. Booked a membership and after 10mins realizing the bs I've done, deleted my account and immedialy blocked my debit card and asked bank to issue me a new one.

After 3 months I received an email asking to pay all the monies owed (the the card I paid was no longer valid, they couldn't charge it, and address I used was a fake one). I reached out to them asking why this is happening. They explained that by simply deleting the account doest end the subscription which was in their T&C apparently. So I asked them to confirm the process of how to do it. They sent me a weird ass form. I filled it out, sent back to them and in the email they confirmed that sub will end in a month, confirming deletion of my data. I saved all of those emails thinking this wont be the end of it.

Sure enough, after 3 months I receive an email from german lawyers threatning me with lawsuits. I sent them all of the rmails confirming the ending of subscribtion and deletion of my data. They got back to me with some generic respose without explaining anything. After a couple of more emails pushing them to explain why their actions condradict their process which they didn't - I decided to see how far will ignoring them take me (following suggestions of this page). This took ~6months of threats of legal actions, and obligations to pay not only what was owed but also their legal fees.

I called my bank - they said that paid wings has no data of me whatsoever other than my email and invalid bank card and they cant charge me for anything since I have no subscribtions on my card.

A few weeks ago I received an email from them that their bank account changed and all moneys owed should be sent to new card instead. I'm thinking someone reported them and now they are making internal changes. That was the final email I got from them. Its been quiet now for a couple of months.

Guys, ignore them. Change your debit cards if you have that option and ignore the hell out them. Block their emails or put them to spam and forget about them. Or as someone suggested here - change your email to avoid the intimidation. Hope it will work out for you all!

Today I received such a letter , yesterday too . And they write me a subpoena together with a reminder to pay ( and so since May) every 2 weeks. / I will only add that it is one big scam. When in May I received a letter with threats from the debt collection agency to the court, I spent the money through Revolut. After 2 weeks, when there was no money, there were still arrears. so I asked for a cashback from revut and I just got it back .

Ongoing.Paid for 1 month subscription only but virtually impossible to cancel membership.Avoid at all costs.I have cancelled my card and blocked the company from taking any more payments despite threats from a German court. The company ignore emails and requests to cancel membership which is listed in their terms and conditions.Update:in two days time(15th August) Paidwings will attempt to take a second payment from my account.Good luck on that one I say,I have changed my card and my bank has blocked any withdrawals from this fake company. I expect the threats to start come flooding through my inbox when they discover they won't get another penny piece out of me and that alone gives e great satisfaction.

Um dieser Abzocke entgegen zu treten hatte ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet, der Paidwings entsprechend aufforderte, die zugeschnappte Abofalle in meinem Fall nochmal zu öffnen, um mich daraus zu entlassen. Die Antworten von Paidwings waren unterirdisch. Aufgrund des Klage-Risikos (Gerichtsstand CH, doppelte Anwaltskosten und Gerichtskosten) haben wir die Vernunftsentscheidung getroffen, dieses himmelschreiende Unrecht auf sich beruhen zu lassen. Jeder, der mit dieser Company zu tun hat, sollte VORHER im Netz recherchieren.

I would have given them no stars as this is what they deserve. I fell foul of Paidwings on a date site in November 23. I have never paid them a penny but I was debited under a firm called
usstendermeets.com yet another name i think they use. £49.63.
After 9 days I cancelled as I was not happy with the site. Last month I had a threatening letter from a German debt collection, who threatened me with further rises in debt to them . I have managed to email them, but they still spout the same old crap. I have reported them to the authorities and may very well contact the BBC Anti scamers program. They are really bad awful people. Stay away from all date and sex sites online as they are all linked. Sites like Classic FM Romance are excluded from this. They are genuine.
I will look up the email address and post it in another review, so we can flood them with emails.

Omdat ik 1x heb gekeken op hun site en daarom hebben ze via mijn ip adres mijn adres gegevens
Vorig jaar kreeg ik een brief waarin ze vroegen ofdat ik 147 over wou maken voor een abonnement wat ik dus niet heb.
Nu 10 maanden verder krijg ik een nieuwe brief of ik 500 euro over wil maken wegens niet stop zetten van mijn abonnement wat ik nog steeds niet heb.
Bij deze er wordt niets betaald

I have never heard about them or who they are, but they have just tried to take £104 from my bank but failed.

Complete scam.

This happened over a year ago now. Paid $250 for 6 months membership but it didn't feel right. The website didn't look professionally done. I cancelled after a short period. Still get messages from them every 6 months saying I have outstanding payments.

The best option for anyone in the same position is to change your bank details so they can't take your money and ignore any future emails (flag them as spam) and cease contact with them.

Es wäre an der Zeit, wenn Schweizer, Österreichische und Deutsche Behörden endlich gegen paidwings, fairmount und Auer/Witte/Thiel
ermitteln würde!

Bezahlen Sie ja nicht, widersprechen Sie jedesmal schriftlich und sollten Sie tatsächlich einen gerichtlichen Mahnbescheid seitens eines Amtsgerichtes erhalten, dann legen Sie auch dort sofort Einspruch ein. Ich halte es für gänzlich ausgeschlossen, dass dies jedoch bei solcher Unseriösität tatsächlich seitens dieser seltsamen und dubiosen Duenstleister ernsthaft durchstehen ist! Dazu sind Sie schon zu sehr im Fokus von Verbraucherschutzverbänden und auch Behörden, auch Finanzbehörden.

I looked at one of their sites and signed up. I was very careful to sign for just one month. However, they say that the contract I signed was ongoing. They are now threatening legal action. I will tough it out by saying see you in court. Since their 'collection agency' is in Germany I doubt they will push too hard.

Freud and scam.

These people have been withdrawing from my credit card for months after I stopped using them. If I log on to their web site my screen goes opaque and will not respond. I have referred them to my bank

Paidwings ist ein Unternehmen wo man besser nichts zu tun haben sollte. Darunter zählen auch die Inkasso Büros und Rerchtsanwälte, welche mit Paidwings zusammen arbeiten, das ist das gleiche in grün.
Ich hatte ein ABO bei Paidwings laufen , welches ich über die Webseite kündigte. Eine Bestätigismail bekam ich auch. Ein paar Tage später buchte man mir die ABO gebühr vom Bankkonto ab, welche ich per Lastschriftwiderruf zurückbuchen lies.
Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich eine Email vom Inkasso Büro , dass ich den Betrag überweisen soll, Warum soll ich was bezahlen, wenn ich gekündigt habe !? Nach einiger weile dann auch vom Rechtanwalt, mit der gleichen Aufforderung , welches das Inkasso Büro vorher gesendet hat.
( Namen des Inkasso Büros und des Rechsanwalts sind hier schon gefallen, ich möchte hier nicht soviel öffentlich achreiben) jedenfalls sind jetzt schon fast 1 Jahr vergangen ud es geht fröhlich soweiter. Auch meiner Aufforderung mir einen gerichtlichen Mahnbescheid zusenden sind beide nicht nachgekommen. Mittlerweilen habe ich beide sehr genau studieren können , nach welchen schema beide arbeiten. Inkasso Büro und Rachtsanwalt verwenden die gleichen Kuverts des gleichen Herstellers, die gleiche SW und benützen den selben Biefbeföderungsdienst. Ist die Frage ob hier nich eine Dopperbestrafung zutrift, weil Vermerke fehlen hier,
Sachen wie wo der Gerichtsstand von Paiwings ist, Dann Abgebucht wurde der ABO Betrag nicht von der Schweiz, Steuer?! . Jedenfalls ich habe sehr viele information, es wäre gut dass mann sich zusammen tun könnte und Paidwings ...

Jag valde en prenumeration på 299 kr men sen när det kom upp signera med BankID så dök det upp att set skulle kosta 1254 kr och då tyckte jag att det för mycket för att satsa på det som jag valde och klicka på backa men efter jag hade klicka på backa då kommer jag tillbaka till sidan men den stängde ner signeringen men dom drog ändå pengar Eller Pengarna. Den sidan som jag var inne på hette knullas.com men som tur kunde jag direkt på banken spärra mitt kort för att få ett nytt det får jag vara glad över i alla fall.

Jag kontaktade deras support För att få tillbaka dom pengarna som de tog utan någon signering på detta företag och då säger dom det är väldigt enkelt svar du kan inte få tillbaka dina pengar varför det står att det inte är möjligt. Då tänker jag bara vadå inte möjligt ni sa ju att det skulle kosta från 299 kr och ni drog 1254 kr även till och med utan att jag inte signerade med BankID fast det dök upp😳😳.
