Delta force kindly donated some vouchers for us to use as a prize at a fundraising event we are holding!

Honestly the worst company I have ever delta with. Numerous promises of phone calls and recieve absolutely nothing. Horrific management of my booking, promised items over the phone which I've paid for and have this in writing through email. Yet when at the site told no, sent multiple complaint emails now and still nothing, no acknowledgement. Had to call myself to make sure they recieved them. Now having to to go through trading standards and paintball association regarding this terrible company.

We had an excellent day. The staff where all friendly and helpful.

Booked for 7 for a 12th birthday party. Maidenhead Delta Force. When only 6 were able to attend, we were told we could not have the extra paintballs which we had paid for for the 7th person. It was not appropriate to put a group of 11 and 12 year olds into a game with much older, more experienced, better equipped men who had paid for much more ammunition. Enforcement of the game rules by marshals seemed non existent, resulting in behaviour such as shooting many times at very short range resulting in broken skin and welts. It was at this point suggested that we should have booked a softer version however this was not offered or suggested at the time of booking. Sharp practices, inadequate health and safety and no responsible person on site to address these issues. Unfortunately after this experience the kids were not up for trying another game without the adults so that was £180 down the drain. I have sympathy for the two who were running the site, they did their best under the limited freedom they apparently had from absent management. However it was fundamentally an unsuitable and somewhat unsafe session for a kids birthday party, which was the basis on which the booking was made. Hope this review helps someone avoid a similar experience.

It was really fun and our marshal sam was really kind and helpful 10/10 guy i made a mistake picking up old paintball and he helped me get rid of the bad ones

I had an experience for 4 for a birthday, and was looking forward to it but the whole experience was soured by poor sportsmanship which was not punished by the marshalls - the marshals were repeatedly informed about the members of the other team not calling their hits, which ruins the game for everyone who has paid.
Not to mention, be prepared to spend a lot of money on the day - you are unable to bring your own paintballs to the center, which is fine, but the paintballd are very expensive to buy there. £139 for 2000 paintballs (which you will go through very quickly, even being conservative)

Amazing co-operation via email and amazing customer service replying to my request straight away. I am running a fundraiser for Alzheimer's Society and wanted to use a paintball experience as a raffle prize and they replied straight away offering an experience as a prize. Definitely recommend getting in touch with if you are doing something similar.

Our charity received free paintball tickets from the Paintball Booking Office, and the process was smooth and well‑organised. The team clearly cares about supporting fundraising groups and offered practical ways to maximise the value of the vouchers. The tickets are perfect for prizes, sponsor thank‑yous, or volunteer rewards. Excellent service and a great initiative for charities.

Thank you so much for donating a charity voucher to my son’s quiz night. He is raising money to fund his Peru expedition with Camps international and delta force we’re very forthcoming with a voucher for paint balling. He is very grateful.

The actual experience of paintball was nice, but we were misled to pay 170 pounds more for our group then what was agreed upon. They claim it was a misunderstanding between the guy at the desk and us. We clarified with them when there the agreed upon price that was the deal, and the guy said 'yes, this is the deal', but in the end we were overcharged in what we thought was a deposit that we now won't get back. When we complained, they said 'sorry, that's just not how it works, they must have up-priced you,' and refused to do nothing about it. Very frustrating as we don't have tons of extra cash, and the mistake was on their end, not ours.

Time here was a blast. Came here for a birthday party. The Marshals, Sam and Ffion were great fun adding multiple solo games for our group of 5. Best part about the entire experience was getting to mag dump the birthday boy while he was defenceless!

The pricing table is a mess.
The discrepancy in packages is enormous.
You are told one thing over the phone and another in person.
Makes what was meant to be a nice moment, a very frustrating experience.
Certainly the ones reviewing it with more than one star were not the ones paying for the experience.
We were sold 12 tickets in advance in a stand that were meant to be entrance, and gear, but you get that for a cheaper price when registering anyway. Bottom line, be prepared to spend way way way more than budget initially and the "I don't care attitude" by the staff is the cherry on top.
My son's birthday would be here, not anymore.

Had a brilliant time at Wakefield Delta Force. The games were well organised, the staff were friendly, and the scenarios were great fun. The site itself offers plenty of action and keeps the day interesting from start to finish.

The only downside is that the paintballs can get quite expensive if you’re someone who likes to shoot a lot, so it’s worth budgeting for extra balls before you go.

Overall, a fantastic day out and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting and enjoyable paintball experience. I’ll be back again!

My son was fired upon at close range from a group of children that were not following safety guidelines. This cut his ear open. There was no first aid trained staff on duty snd no one to put a stop to the attack when it was going on. A friends father had to go and stop it. There were no safely cameras and kids were free to run riot even shooting people close range in the safety briefing.
