Instead of a sample of sunscreen, a sampler gave me a bloody tissue/pad packed inside the sunscreen pack. Once I sent a friendly email to their customer service notifying them about the error, they offered no replacement for the sample or any other compensation for the rather traumatising experience with their products. Would definitely not buy!

Excellent all round service. Ordered a whole skincare routine for day and night. Items were shipped FAST! And arrived perfectly packed. A few comments said about the plastic bag being inside the bottle? This is for easier recycling and you still get the amount per gram you paid for even if you think the bottle is a bit big. Too early to comment on how good the products are for my skin but just for the shopping experience alone it gets 5 stars. If a product doesn't suit me doesn't mean there's an issue. The products have a light/no smell and have loads of excellent ingredients in so I am really happy. Can't wait to see how it goes over the next few weeks/months.

Tiny amount of product in a plastc bag in a deceptive frosted bottle that could hold double the amount you actually get. The cleanser for red skin burnt my face. The rosehip oil burnt my face. Pricey products that are not worth it. Scam

Its my first time with Pai Skincare and I absolutely love it! ❤️ I started using it 3 days ago and OMG my skin is so nice and looking so fresh. The customer service was great. Sarah was very nice and helpful. Delivery was super fast which I didn't even expect it that fast. For everything I'm absolutely recommending it!!!

Excellent skincare, I especially love their vitamin C oil (great results!) and zinc oxide suncream (which I use all year round). I've tried some of their serums and the glow products, all gentle on the skin and very pleasant to use.

This company claim to give you 15% off if you subscribe to their newsletter, it’s a complete scam!!! They never sent me the code, so I emailed them asking for it. It even says in their FAQ when emailing them…”I’ve not received my discount code”….and then suggests you to email them if that is the case….naturally hoping that people won’t be bothered to go to the hassle. The fact this is even a FAQ means they clearly are aware they don’t actually send a code to anyone and it’s a lie. I have emailed three times over the last week. Not a single response. Yet they manage to frequently send out the newsletter I am now signed up for. I think this is incredibly bad business practices and a company should not be allowed to scam clients this way. I have since had two other people sign up to their newsletter, and they also did not receive a code. Guessing they won’t ever email me back, cause they obviously don’t supply any discount. Therefore I now refuse to shop with them. They must loose so much business by lying to people this way. Sad really

I am extremely disappointed with the customer services response. The company claim to give 15% off if you subscribe. I did this and received a code which continually stated that the code cant be used. I contacted customer services by email and later by whatsapp and they asked for the code which I input. I replied immediately with the code. There is Still no response days later from Pai.

Love their rosehip cleansing oil! The first ever cleanser to leave my face feeling clean but not dry.

Shocked and horrified to discover that Pai Skincare uses little plastic pouch containers for some of their creams and serums that they fit (hide) inside the product’s frosted, opaque external glass container. This practice allows them to trick the consumer in two different ways. Firstly, visually, the buyers think they’re getting more product than in reality. Secondly, they make the wasteful and environmentally toxic decision to use plastic when there’s absolutely no need for it aside from consumer deception. In today’s world when our planet and bodies are suffocating under excess plastic consumption and waste, this practice is shameful and deplorable.

Buyers, don’t be fooled by that eco-friendly cardboard packaging around the product. They really couldn’t care less. (By the way, this is already on top of
having my small order arrive in a massive shipping container, so more waste on that end).

Needless to say, I’m permanently switching brands.

Great products and customer service.
I've been a customer for coming up to a year & just placed my 3rd order. My fav products are:
- The Anthemis moisturiser which is perfect for very sensitive skin.
- Virtuous Circle: A gentle yet effective exfoliator
- All Becomes Clear: Serum to help with blemishes that works but is still gentle.

Considering the price, the Avocado & Jojoba Hydrating Moisturizer does nothing much for the skin. If you're after a cream that hydrates, then that's all it'll do. But I guess you can find that in a organic cream that's half the price. I would not recommend this product.

Absolutely great products, I only started using it recently and have seen a big difference in my skin texture.

Great service. Order got here in 2 days! I ordered the new product "impossible glow" after seeing it on Instagram, loving it. I use it for my face only with some moisturiser, makes me look like I have caught some sun.

Great customer service - bought a kit but one of the bottles was leaking. It’s called Light Work and is an oil based water soluble cleanser. They offered to replace it immediately once I explained the problem. This was all resolved within an hour or so which was brilliant service. The products themselves are good and the dedication to the environment re: packaging and recycling Is very commendable. Products are expensive however they do work and don’t contain evil vile concoctions that I don’t wish to have on my skin so does this balance out? Only if my bank balance does really. Long term use? Not sure yet. Excellent customer service nonetheless.

I'm a new convert to Pai as I decided not to use chemicals on my skin anymore. I hardly ever leave reviews but since I came on here before I bought my items and there's hardly any reviews I thought I'd leave one... Yes the products are a bit more expensive but they work wonders and you get what you pay for - high quality products that leave your skin with a youthful glow and don't contain any nasty chemicals. So far I bought the 'Love & Haight' moisturizer, Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C drops. My skin (dry) looks so refreshed and glowing and you only need a tiny bit of product each day so they will last. I have a lot of acne scars on my back and adding the vit c drops to my body moisturizer has definitely improved the scarring. Packaging is fully recyclable and you can return your bottles to their recycling scheme (not used this yet)

Very happy with serum and cream I bought on the website. Fast delivery too.

Great service. Have used them from the very beginning. I recently had a new product not agree with me and they replaced it no questions asked. The process was simple and pain free. I trust this brand and feel they have their hearts in the right place - they genuinely want to help people

Bought a toner and serum. It arrived promptly and the packaging is great, both aesthetically and for the environment. The Century Flower tonic smells lovely and feels fresh on the skin, whilst the Instant Kalmer serum is a silky consistency. Love the fact that the product parts that can't be recycled at home can be posted to Pai for them to recycle in the appropriate manner.

I have the type of skin that Pai claims to be experts on but until now have always avoided purchasing because of the high price tag. I decided to take the plunge and buy an eye cream and moisturiser. They arrived on time and I like the packaging a lot. However the pump on the eye cream wasn’t working. I contacted Pai and they were very apologetic and sent me the link to a returns form. I completed it and they issued a replacement to be sent out almost instantly. I then received another email with a returns label they wanted me to sent the faulty one back. I have dealt with many skincare companies and this one has been the only one that has asked for a faulty product to be returned. All other companies usually accept a photo or video as evidence and just send a replacement without asking you to pack the other one back up and return it. Whilst they were friendly I’m not sure I like the idea of having to pack up a product and send it back everytime there is an issue. Not something I expect from such a pricey high end company. I can’t comment on the products themselves as I haven’t tried them yet.
