I tried the beefsticks and enjoyed them although they are expensive. I also bought the collagen protein which didn't produce the results expected. I emailed the customer service and they resolved issue quickly and refunded my money. Reputable business

I've been ordering from Paleo Valley for over a year, their Chocolate Protein Bone Broth a staple in my morning coffee. I recently tried the Meat Sticks and Organ Vitamins. Customer Service has been great when I needed assistance.
My only complaint is the BOGO advertising is disappointing. Though I get it every few months, it's never valid or honored because "you already used this offer."

Love dealing with them. I can adjust my subscription as needed or just purchase once. A regular on the maple bacon pork sticks. Yummy snack for on the go humans. Would recommend.

I love the products Palleovalley offers. I have a few favorites that I enjoy daily: the golden milk and jalapeno beef sticks. Customer service is also very responsive. Overall wonderful experience. Great products and great service.

These are the best-tasting meat sticks, BUT...
These are the best-tasting meat sticks out there, hands down. Only 3 stars because we got a bad batch...I connected with customer service, and they gave me a credit for the order and apologized, but didn't see too concerned. WARNING: if you get a package where the shrink-wrapped plastic is bubbled up like a balloon, DO NOT EAT them. When I first mentioned this to customer service, they said it should be fine, and if it tasted bad or smelled off, just toss them. I didn't think much of it, but the next stick I took from the same package that was ballooned up "exploded" when I opened it, and inside was putrid, rotting meat covered in sludgy-looking mold. I went through the rest of the package and saw multiple more that had gone bad, ready to "explode" just like it I reconnected with customer service again, and they said they would make sure upper management knew about it, and apologized again, but to me, anyway, they didn't seem concerned.
I hope this was an exception to the norm here, and I still have my recurring order in place but beware!!

Great quality and customer service!
I love everything I have tried from Palley Valley! I have multiple subscriptions. In particular, I love their protien powders. I ordered them in all the flavors. I love the chocolate as a hot chocolate treat and my grandkids do too! The caramel and vanilla are great in coffee, the plain in smoothies and the savory is a great hot beverage on a cold day. I also love their Golden Milk, tallow, beef sticks (all flavors!) and their Neuroeffect complex. The quality is superior to anything else I've found! Their customer service is fantastic! I also love that they periodically will provide a free full size product with your purchase. I highly recommend this company!

I have ordered their Bone Broth Protein powders, beef sticks (jalapeno) and vitamin C more than once. I've also ordered their Whey Protein powder. All of the food product flavors that I tried tasted great and I like that I can also buy Unflavored in the Protein powder. I really like their products and the customer service is excellent.

Their response was quick and efficient and helped me with a link to their website and not on social media. I love the Bone Broth Protein and the choices of flavors are great. We do want to clarify and provide reassurance that your requests were fully taken care of. Your subscription was canceled as soon as you reached out, and all food items from your order were completely refunded, including the beef sticks, snack bars, and electrolytes. The refunds were processed on December 30, 2025, and any remaining delay in seeing the funds would be based on your bank’s processing time.
We also want to address a couple of product details for clarity. Our beef sticks contain 6g of protein per serving, which is listed on our packaging and website. Our snack bars do not contain added sugar, though they do include naturally occurring sugars from whole food ingredients, which is always disclosed in our ingredient list.
We understand that taste is very personal, and while many customers love our products, we respect that they may not be right for everyone. That’s exactly why we were happy to honor a full refund.

Good for some, not good for everybody
I ordered the product because overall you have good reviews and I've learned all products aren't for all people. Unfortunately this one wasn't for me. I really didn't like the taste of the Golden Milk and it didn't digest in my stomach well. Customer service is very good and responded promptly. Oh yeah, shipping really fast.

100% great American co. offering great products & service
My wife and I not only are 100% supporters of PV through multiple subscriptions to their EXCELLENT products -- the meat sticks might change your life -- but we also have introduced numbers of friends and to date everyone remains impressed. An American company supporting American farmers: PV and their partners are doing things right! We suggest that for the few dollars more (not many more, esp. when you subscribe) it's worth giving them a try to see for yourself. God bless the USA and PV ... and you n yours, too!

A that values quality and customers...
I have ordered the meat sticks quite a few times and really enjoy many of the flavors. (It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out your favorites.) The packaging to open the sticks can be frustrating, as some are easier to pull apart than others. That being said, the reason that I'm leaving 5 stars instead of 4 is the fantastic customer service. Quick to respond, this company wants your business and treats customers with care; it's a quality I truly appreciate.
