Excellent Beef Sticks! Yum
We ordered their beef sticks through a deal that made each stick $1.20! That price was hard to pass up in order to try 6 beef flavors. These flavors are delicious!
The packaging doesn’t rip cleanly so sometimes the top rips off before exposing enough of the stick. This has not been an issue because I’m home & have access to scissors but it could be a problem on the go!
I will be reordering as we love every flavor of these fermented grass-fed beef sticks! Excellent quality & taste! I am trying their chocolate bone broth next. I hope to be a long term customer! Thanks for a great, clean product!

All your commercials had said 36 sticks for $36.00....then you blatently raised it to 30 sticks for $36.00...cheating people is not a good idea...makes for bad repeat business...I ordered from your company but after you trying to cheat people, I doubt you'll stay in business...these are pencil thin anyway so why cheat people just to keep a stick or two...not a good way to run a business at all...shame on you...

During a recent promotion, the offer changed from 36 sticks to 30 sticks at the same price due to increased ingredient and production costs. That update was reflected on our website at the time of purchase, but we understand how disappointing it can feel when an offer changes, especially if you had seen earlier messaging.

So impressive! I've been ordering from them for awhile and absolutely love the high quality of the products. I listened to a podcast with the owner too and she was super impressive. Upon my last order, we had a package get lost in the mail and their customer service was amazing in helping us figure it out. They were friendly, responded quickly, and got it fixed. Thank you!

These are good tasting and healthy beef sticks. We love all of the flavors! The pricing seems more than fair for the quality offered. We were excited to give them a try and share these beef sticks with family and friends. We needed to later make changes to our subscription. Never knew Bone Broth good taste SO GOOD ( salted caramel) great for smoothy. Also the size of the bag was very surprising too they are large so I feel I got my money's worth . always been a fan of bone broth but now I can use it in MUCH MORE meals and drinks.

Paleo Valley quickly responded to my question as to why I had not yet received my order. When I received the tracking number, I realized the delay was with USPS. It has been 10 days and I have no estimated date of delivery; only that my order has been in Indianapolis for the last three days… And is delayed. My gifts will not reach their destination in time. Merry Christmas.
Edited: thank you Paleo Valley for your response. I finally received my order at 4 PM 12 days after my order, no fault of yours… It was USPS that caused many delays. One received, I immediately finished packing my gifts and took them to UPS Monday at 4:30 PM; they are being delivered to the East Coast today, two days later. They will make the Christmas tree after all. Anxiously awaiting tasting the beef sticks, as well as other items from your company in the future. Thank you for your concern and follow up.

I am a new customer as of 3 weeks ago... ive already received 3 orders woth 2 more coming. I have very bad acid reflux issues.... Paleo Valley Meat sticks do NOT trigger my acid reflux at all!! Eating these when I've been hungry and feeling emotionally Hangry or off - thr paleo Valley meat sticks mame me feel more fulfilled and generally well. I also dig the pro-biotic aspect. My favorite is the original beef, buffalo chicken, jalapeño beef and garlic summer sausage. I did like the Teriyaki but the flavor i felt needed to be turned up in the teriyaki. Same with the garlic summer sausage.
Will be a customer for a loooooong time.

Great products, horrible customer service
Great products, horrible customer service, horrible shipping department. My order was charged 1.5 weeks ago and I have sent several emails checking on the status- all of which have gone unanswered and the product still hasn’t shipped. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened, but I consistently get no replies. I completely understand that shipping and replying times could be delayed with the holiday, but I feel this is past that. One of my emails should have gotten a reply by now. And like I said, this is pretty typical anyway.

Fremont address is a distribution warehouse! Where do the meat sticks really come from? Who knows? Avoid this company. Feels like a scam to me. The reviews seem really fake except for the complaints. My meat sticks order did seem old...not fresh.

Wonderful products, outstanding customer service. I take vanilla bone broth protein powder daily in my morning coffee along with a little half and half. No need for sugar or sugar substitute. Tastes amazing and I know I’m getting the health benefits from the bone broth.
