Don’t ever use PalmPay, I think somehow they scam, they froze my money for the past 8months without any reasonable explanation,despite submitting and doing all verifications asked for they still did nothing about it, I contacted them through mail,live chat and phone calls nothing was done and their customer service is poor,just avoid them

My Acct has been held inactive for the pass 1year now.... Telling me inactive and my funds are in it till date which I can't withdraw or spend on the app... Contacted support told me to email them and send my documents I did but till date no response....

Horrible customer interaction
In relation to their loaning process, they constantly harass customers unnecessarily, even though they get daily interest increase, sending death threats and laying curses on family members, do not use them

NON REMITTANCE
My daughter needed cash in school and we transfered 60k to her account since July 26th and the cash is still hanging till now, her account is no more opening, what is all these about? Money that was meant for feeding and school projects since three weeks? Am not happy right now, pls do something fast.

i transfer money from zenith bank[4254650695, odey lucky] to palm pay account[9123463323,juliana akpana odey] on the 27/06/2025 by 12;00am. and is still hanging in palm pay wallet please do reverse the money back to my zenith bank account. thanks

I was doing business with someone. He letter wanted to scam me then I ask him to refund my money. After given part of my money waiting for balance he letter wirte to palmpay that business gone wrong. Without my notification palmpay held my money trying to refund to this man. This scammer didn't even give them court or police report but I was so surprised my account for morethan 4 months dey refund to unfreeze my money. With this I stand to tell u palmpay are scammers shield be warned

Out of my my money was move to smart earn you people don't have customers service all have call like 3 of your staff chatted with like 6 no one of can help still refer me here you people remove my money to smart earn now my money is stock there I can't remove it telling me the money is still processing it only showing on the smart earn but the money has not drop please I need my money ooooo

The support team are the worst I've ever engaged. They are not better than their robot. Issue had been on ground for over 4 days, all of the unprofessional supposed customer support staff are clueless on what to do. I have chatted with almost 30 of them, they send me generic messages

I made a wrong transfer to palmpay pay account and palmpay can not do anything about it

Accounts are frequently frozen without explanation, and funds are held without prior notice. My 13,000 naira was frozen, and when I contacted support, I was told it was due to an incoming transfer of 6,500 naira on 17/05/2024. They provided no details about the sender, only the date and amount. After checking, I found no evidence of that transaction.

If you're a Palmpay user, I recommend regularly checking your account balance—do it weekly—because Palmpay Limited is not trustworthy. Proceed at your own risk.

i was loan sharked by palmpay flexi services, FLEXI SERVICES is ran by a microfinance bank called (Bloom Microfinance Bank LTD)..this bank is not regulated by CBN, is not insured by NDIC and its not approved by NCCPC to issue loans to customers...PALMPAY is running them as a subsidiary but the microfinance bank doesn't have a location,no website, but its offering jobs only through PALMPAY...

the loan sharking technique: when you use palmpay to send and receive money which they are regulated by CBN to do as a money operator, they will request you to activate the FLEXI SERVICES which is provided by the illegal microfinance bank called BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK, the bank can see your financial records, have access to your contacts as well and they can cajole you through sms and calls to collect a loan from FLEXI SERVICES , meanwhile PALMPAY is not the one issuing the loan,its BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK and they aren't regulated by CBN, and insured by NDIC as a microfinance bank...now when you take a loan, they will give you a good interest of 0.8% in a month not to raise suspicion, when you repay they will incease the loan amount for you, even if you didn't borrow, remember you have activated the FLEXI SERVICES so they can see your financial statements, they keep on cajoling you to borrow it, when you borrow the loan you will get loan sharked by 22% in a single month which is a YoY interest returns by CBN and other regulated Banks, but remember PALMPAY are not the one issuing you the loan, it was FLEXI SERVICES which is provided by BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK that loan sharked you,through Palmpay...now BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK will send Palmpay agents to seek for you,remember it wasn't giving to you by Palmpay..PALMPAY just provides customers towards them by making you activate the FLEXI SERVICES to your palmpay account which they can record as well,with your contacts as well...when you get loan sharked by FLEXI SERVICES which is ran by BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK (unregulated by CBN) they will send palmpay agents after you...also FLEXI SAVINGS is provided by another illegal bank called BLOOMS MICROFINANCE BANK LTD, i dont know if banks have gender names: BLOOMS and BLOOM

now BLOOMS MICROFINANCE BANK LTD (unregulated by CBN, NDIC and other regulatories) are issuing savings interest of 20% YoY(year of year) while you get loan sharked 22% MoM (month of month)....

After i was loan sharked 22% interest in a single month, their palmpay agents was texting me on What'sApp asking me why i haven't paid the loan which was not according to CBN interest standards and rate, i called out who BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK was, but they were all dodging the questions,i ask if BLOOM MICROFINANCE BANK was regulated, one of their agents said YES, i asked for their license number and name on CBN websites, but he changed the topic quickly, and started requesting for their capital, which have already paid half of it....

you guys can check CBN website and list for microfinance Banks regulated by CBN, you will never find BLOOM and BLOOMS MICROFINANCE BANKS there...check NDIC website lists for insured microfinance banks, you will never see their names there....google BLOOM and BLOOMS MICROFINANCE BANKS offices, nowhere to be found...they are hiding inside PALMPAY loan sharking PALMPAY customers...PALMPAY is using its services to provide customers to a loan shark by cajoling them to activate FLEXI SERVICES in their Money Operator App....this guys have to go done for reall...

their palmpay agents don't text me anymore,they are avoiding to answer my questions....please CBN take them down pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
