I bought a long brown hooded gilet on line from Pamela Scott’s when it arrived the hood was torn I would have thought all items sent out would be checked for flaws before sending it, I emailed them but got no reply, I went to Pamela Scott store in Wexford with item to return it the staff there were very helpful.

One star is a bonus.. The overpriced piece was soo poorly made and on examination the REAL label was some , it appears to me , Flairline Fashion Ltd.,unit 27, Ballymount D24 KX58….tax registration in Ireland

First time using this company and I am so impressed at the service, also delivery was super quick to the UK.
The thing that impressed me most was the attention to detail with the beautiful packaging, this makes such a refreshing change from other online retailers where the item is stuffed into a too small bag and looks like a crumpled rag when it's opened. Pamela Scott has really thought through the shopping online process and turned it into a true beautiful shopping experience that other retailers could learn a lot from. The dress is stunning, packaging was excellent and quick delivery - what's not to love.
I will definitely be using you again - excellent !!

I visited the Wexford store recently on a Sunday . I was looking for a dress for a special event. From the moment I entered the store Mila was both welocming and very helpful. She picked out dresses that would flatter my figure, When I finally selected a dress she chose the perfect silver jewellery to compliment the dress, Without a shadow of a doubt Mila is exceptional at her job and a credit to Pamela Scott.

Hi I went in pamela scott this afternoon to get a dress wat I saw on line the lady who helped me was so lovely even went and get me some other dresses to try on .I didn't get her name great customer service

Lovely experience, I got a great bargain in the winter sale, it arrived promptly but didn’t fit, so I returned directly in store and received the refund within days, they were lovely to deal with and I will continue to order from them.

Hi shopped in Pamela Scott today in Castletroy shopping centre Limerick and the staff were so friendly helpful and creative .I left with numerous items.A successful days shopping thanks again regards Majella Madden

I bought two tops and a pair of culottes back in February. The girl who served me was lovely and helpful without being pushy. Then 6 months later the zip on the culottes broke completely. I was really disappointed as they were €90 and I would have worn them 20 times at most. I needed proof of purchase which I found on my bank statement and the lady gave me a full refund and said to have a nice day.
They are so nice. Great service. Will be back and would recommend.

Visited the shop in Gorey today and bought a beautiful winter coat. Staff were very helpful and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I’ve ordered previously several times and never had an issue, this time I ordered five dresses and received all of them - however had to return four of them as they didn’t suit me or the sizing was off. I returned them using a post (the store advises you to use them) on the 5th August and have still now received a refund. I reached out to them twice and they keep telling me the e not received the items back - even though I’ve shared the an post receipt with them and now more than a month on since returning the items they’ve not issued a refund. How appalling is that… deeply disgruntled with Pamela Scott - very poor service.

I recently bought some items from Pamela Scott. The items were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Delivery was super fast. Pamela Scott is a well established Irish Company with a fantastic selection of items. Their Customer Service is also first class. They are my go to for occasional wear. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a bridesmaid dress and I'm in love! Quality is extremely good and it was delivered super quick. No hassle returning the wrong size of the dress. I highly recommend Pamela Scott!

I was a customer for years before buying online so I was very familiar with the stores . I was devastated when the ones closest to me closed but I have embraced shopping from Pamela Scott online. (Which I still don’t do with other online retailers). The reason being, the range of design to choose from is wonderful, quality is excellent, sizing is accurate and if you need to, returns are easy, which makes you feel very secure in purchasing.

I was really impressed with the level of good customer care, both in person from Maggie in the Dungarvan store and online with the staff handling returns. They were so helpful and went the extra mile to sort out my problem (of my own making!). Thank you Pamela Scott, wish more shops had your attitude!
