I had to do a return and found the staff in your Clonmel store very helpful, I had a refund within 2 days, excellent service.

I didn't receive 1 item in my order and there is no customer service phone number.i think very bad busy and quiry why have it so hard for their own customers to contact them...not happy

Ordering item was very straightforward, it arrived without delay. I was pleased as size is perfect, also quality. The only slight disappointment is shade is a little off what I expected. But overall very happy with experience.

The dress was delivered in a couple of days. It is fully lined and perfect for our climate. Great fit too. Delighted.

Super quick delivery

Good website for online shopping but my only criticism is the gift cards can only be used online and not in the local shops. I regularly buy one for my daughter in law but she has to go into the shop to try things on then order online which isn´t always convenient.

Top class service. I made a mistake with order and sent email and it was corrected. Very happy.
