It did reach on time it’s beautiful but material and embroidery is not very good embroidery threads in the a
Back irritated the skin which is uncomfortable. I wish they could have done little better job .
Otherwise no delivery issues.

I ordered two outfits from Panash and they were both poor quality as well as oddly sized and unusable. For a refund they required me to pay for return international shipping. I sent them my exact measurements for one of the garments, and it was still not fitting in every possible way (too tight in some areas, too large in others). The outfits also looked nothing like the display images. Would not recommend.

Outfit came quickly and so beautiful. Well made. I was so worried about ordering online. My worries gone and it is beautiful. I can hardly wait to wear for upcoming wedding celebration.

Beware of this website; it's nothing short of a scam. The quality of the clothes they sell is abysmal, not to mention their complete lack of communication channels. If you attempt to return an item, they intentionally delay responding until after the return window has closed, then have the audacity to claim that their three-day return policy is expired. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this site at all costs. Their deceptive practices and poor customer service make for a regrettable shopping experience.

Exactly as pictured/ described. Beautiful garment. Sewing was excellent.

Everything, from ordering, giving blouse measurements, the stitching part to delivery. And most importantly quick responses to my queries. Only thing I was a little disappointed was with the length of the saree even though I’m only 5’3” it is barely long enough. Other than that everything was a good experience for me especially this being my first time ordering online. Keep up the good work.

Well the disclaimer says on website so we can’t say much but the color for the yellow dress looks way different then it shows on website. I bought three suit. Now from there
One blue dress sequins looks quite dull copper then it shows in picture. My purpose for buying the dress was for wedding reception but it doesn’t serve my purpose. I selected semi stitched options for other two dresses but it’s really not semi stitched. Green dress is just material to stitch.? Yellow dress bottom is stitched but top is just material so all these need ( with cutting ) complete Stiching from a tailor.. I was hoping semi stitched is more like we need to stitch one side with basic fitting . The city I live in has no Indian tailor who can sew the dress from material. I felt waste of money. And with the prices I paid I didn’t feel it was worth it specially with the shipping charge they added for this non stitched dress material.
I had to pay shipping fee and that too for the material. My order was for three dresses with big total, I had to pay shipping price $8.99 for one dress. If The dresses I received I had liked them I would have swallowed the shipping charges but I am little disappointed Other companies don’t charge above certain total price but here they charge by individual item with certain price. Not sure if will order dresses from here or not. Especially with prices, shipping charges and receiving dress materials not usable for me and is little frustrating for me.

Very happy with my experience from start to finish. Loved that I could customize size and some other features like sleeves. Dresses were well packaged and sent timely. My bridal lehenga was even more beautiful in person. I can't wait to wear it. Thank you!

I ordered the material for my mum from London and it received just in time for her birthday. She was so happy to receive it. Loved the colour. It looked much better than on the website. My mum was so happy.
