I’ve had a wonderful experience with Paper Republic, from the customization site to the email updates on my order. Since getting my journal I’ve had it with me almost all the time and I love it! It’s made me write more which I’m very grateful for. The leather is beautiful, the journal is so convenient and I’m just overall very pleased with the quality of the product.

I feel bad writing a one star review when this is a company I love. I was really frustrated with the system but the products are superb so I have changed the review rating to reflect this. I have purchased products now they have been restocked - not with the offer of the discount below sadly as already purchased but perhaps next time.
Still hope the system will be changed though as a bit mean to the staff who work so hard and have to deal with this.

A new limited edition was made available on pre-sale today. I added the one I wanted to my basket and was shopping on the site for the pen loop and inserts. When I immediately went to pay I was told the main item was no longer available and had been removed from my basket.
This is so unfair and I not what I expect from a company I have purchased a lot from.

I am on my second paper republic notebook and I am officially a fan for life! The quality and prompt shipping to the states puts a smile on my face! Excited for more!!

I love PR. The last years I have bought several notebooks to use for work and private. Their quality and service is great! The only notebook missing in my collection is the trifold. Can’t wait to buy this one as well.

I have been looking for a good planner for work and home for a long time and have now found it.
For now, I can only purchase the contents, as the Portfolio, which I would love to order, is not yet available.

I had to wait very long before my order arrived, there was a problem at FedEx I guess but waiting over a month is too long. I just got de shipping refunded so I am having doubts to return this expensive notebook. I like it but it’s also very expensive for what you get and the waiting didn’t make it better

Absolutely in love with my journal. I used to have two different journals that I write in for my two children. Now I have my daily planner, my son’s journal and daughter’s journal all in one. The Journal alone is top tier, beautiful, and high quality. Then to make it even better the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received. They responded within hours and were so kind. Never felt so good about a purchase. I’ve been spreading the word to all my friends, fellow pen and paper note takers.
