Still waiting on the product even though I paid straight away..

Bought items in Tesco paperchase, not cheap, but paper bag was of such a poor quality, no extra cardboard at the bottom. Gift fell straight through, so I had to sellotape bottom up, and when put in a green recycling bag to deliver, the bag ripped another hole In the side, will not buy from paperchase again.

Expensive but products are great quality and quirky.

I placed order online. Received a couple of the items but the 2 most expensive was no where to be seen. No delivery note to explain. No refund. Whenever I contact them it’s just the same “we’re on it”. Quite frankly it’s no wonder they’ve gone bust if this is their attitude. Am so angry about it and left a not good memory of what used to be a favourite place to shop. Sad. Also feel sorry for tesco inheriting the bad vibes.

Paperchase owe me a refund which they have yet to fulfil. It has been nearly 2.5 months ! Package definitely arrived back to them as my delivery tracking shows this. Emailed several times with no response part from ‘they will get back to me in 3 days’. Poor customer service. They are scamming people of ££££ .

Items returned 1st March, emails promising refund 1st March, 13th March> I have chased, still no proper response. "Thank you for getting in touch ... we will get back to you ... within three working days." I have had this message twice but no follow up after 12 days

Love their products and it’s a shame they’ve had to liquidate. I placed an order on the 16 February and only received one item on the 3 March. I’ve contacted them twice and have had no response. I’ve contacted my bank for a chargeback and hopefully I’ll get that. I’ve just looked at the other reviews that are complaining about the same thing, I seriously hope they do something about everyone’s missing items and refunds.

Most of the order arrived but I was notified that 5 items were not in the delivery but in the Shop app and order that they would be coming later. I emailed and contacted customer service several times with no response each time. I eventually had to get in contact with my credit card to get the amount bak of what had not arrived and still have not had any contact from Paperchase. Horrible service. The things that did arrive took almost a month to arrive.

Still awaiting product, paid on time all I get are stupid messages to Human

I went to Paperchase which is housed in Next on Cambridge Road Enfield. I bought many it's which were in the close down sale. I took them to the Paent counter and Viola served me. She was so helpful and kind . Well-done Vila. Hope that's her name@

I made an online order. I did not receive the product. After many complaint and query messages I had a non-automated response saying the item was out of stock and I should have had an email to tell me this. I am still waiting for my refund.

My fault for ordering the night of the company closing I suppose but only one of my items showed up many days later, they had also shoved a load of random empty envelopes in the box ? Luckily my order wasn’t extremely expensive but I am very irritated.

I haven’t received my order and it has now been 3 weeks since making the order.

Online order placed for 4 items. Only 3 items have arrived, the most expensive item was not delivered and no refund has been given. No reply on social media or the contact us form on their website.

I still haven't received my order so really zero stars would be more appropriate. I have contacted you on several occasions but keep getting automatic replies saying you "are on it" but nothing more

After an extremely long wait for it to be delivered. Some of my order was missing over a week later still no response to my problem only automated reply’s. Terrible service no wonder they have gone under

Ordered a notebook on the last day of trading and over three weeks later they have taken the money and not delivered my item.
I have reached out to ask where it is 2 weeks ago and no reply even though they promise they will reply within 3 working days.
Terrible service and frankly illegal.

I love Paperchase. So sad they are being bought by Tesco.
I purchased some highlighting gel pens, ordinary pastel highlighters and a pencil, eraser, and I think, a ruler set. The only thing that turned up was the pastel highlighters set.
They are now not answering any social media, and owe me nearly £12. I know it's not a huge amount but it's the principle. I also have seen hundreds of other customers complain about exactly the same. I am not helping to bankroll their liquidation.

Always loved Paperchase, but what an undignified, upsetting & sad end for a beloved, British highstreet retailer.
