I ordered two items. They took ages to arrive and after I received one I was informed the other was out of stock. It would have been useful to be told about the lack of stock when the order was placed.

You did not fulfil my order

Half the order was missing and took 3 weeks to arrive.
Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. I ordered £52 worth of goods and delivery was short of at least £30 worth of goods that have not been supplied.
As Paperchase will soon cease to trade under its old ownership, this will probably be a nightmare to resolve as there is no direct phone or email communication. I have used their useless chat bot to make my complaint. If no response I will have to to contact the Credit Card company to stop payment.
Right now I just want them to collect what has been delivered and refund me.

Easy to order online
Easy to order online. The sale discount was made up by the cost of postage, but I guess that's the way things are. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but the products arrived securely and well packed, and I was notified when delivery was due. The product are very useful and just as I'd hoped.

Order hasn’t arrived

Not received my order but keep getting…
Not received my order but keep getting asked to review my experience. Clearly not good.
Update:
The day after I posted this review I received an email from Amazon shipping to say my order has been shipped.
Second update:
Parcel received and I only have 2 of the 6 items I ordered and these seem to be the cheapest items of the 6. No other information provided about my other items.
Final Update:
I was contacted by paper chase yesterday after replying to my order email and said all I received was ‘X’ but nothing else and I have now received a refund for the missing items.
