I haven’t received my order or an update on when to expect it.

I've always LOVED paperchase and all their products. Great quality. Such a shame that the online trading are stopping and that the shops are shutting.

I spent just under £100 on products that still have not arrived nearly two weeks later

My items ordered have not yet arrived and now it’s too late for my sons birthday party. It’s been over a week

I have not received the order yet. But I have been asked to review my experience twice…

Keep asking me for a review but not had my items, and been nearly 2 weeks since ordered

I haven't received my parcel yet. Ordered a week ago.

Never received order. Have contacted regarding this with no response. But they’re emailing constantly asking for reviews.

purchase before online store closed, shop was excellent, purchased everything i needed. GREST- since then nothing! it would be great to have an update on expected delivery. i know you will be busy, however i want you all to end on a high ❤️

Order unfulfilled. No explanation what that means and no refund.

Absolutely thrilled with all my purchases at Paperchase, they provide such high quality items and items you can't get anywhere else can't wait to use all my items for Christmas. There's just quite nobody like them around. Thank you Paperchase.

I bought my item on 17th February and i still have not recieved it.

I never recieved my order was completely scammed by you . NOT HAPPY.

Ordered on the final day of the website being open. No dispatch of order, no response to emails. Guess I’ll be doing a charge back unless someone responds and tells me if I’ll be getting my order or not.

Never received my order. They took my money quick enough! Perhaps this us just one example of what went wrong?

4/5 of my items were not delivered, I was charged and still not refunded despite you emailing a week ago to tell me you didn’t have stock. The remaining item is falling apart and has clearly been in the depths of a warehouse. Really poor. Refund me, you shouldn’t have charged me in the first place.

Paperchase was honestly one of my favourite stores, and the designs and creators they supported were brilliant. I’m truly sad to see them go!
