Avoid the Manchester arndale store
The Manchester staff gave us the incorrect price for 5 pens. Then at the till after I paid I examined the receipt I saw the cost was approx £25 in total for 5 pens.
I requested a refund right there and then and was told by the unhelpful staff this is not possible because Paperchase is going into administration.
I have sent in a complaint and will let you know once I have an outcome.

rip paperchase
I’ve been a paperchase fan for years, since I was a young teen. I’m devastated to see the chain go. My visits to paperchase were my special treat to myself after hard therapy sessions. Always high quality products, fair prices, and fun gifts. So long, paperchase.

A good selection
I like Paperchase as there is always a good selection of stationary to choose from . In particular I have always liked their small diaries which fit easily into a pocket.

Great experience with Paperchase
Online shopping experience with paperchase was great as always while stock was limited, it was easy to find what I was interested in and the interface worked well. I've also received regular updates on the progress of my order as its been shipped. It's really unfortunate that this great store is no longer available online and its my hope that it will be re-opened soon.

Left in letter box, resulting in cards to be bent.
My order arrived 2 days earlier than communicated so I was not home to receive.
The order/envelope was left hanging out of my letterbox (not pushed all the way through) for 24 hours which resulted in damage/bending to the cards inside.
The delivery envelope was not reinforced with card or marked 'do not bend'
Not impressed !

Happy with my purchases but disappointed that the card & paper bows were not protected so they arrived bent/crushed & no tags on gift bag given that they cost more than a Card Factory ones
