The compliments I get when I wear Paper!
When I wear my paper dresses (I have a few) I get so many compliments and people asking me where it’s from. They make me feel like a celeb! The designs and colours are eye catching and so unique from what is out there.

Is over three YEARS late on a payment
I would give this company a -1 star rating if I could. I modeled for them through Fit Models, LLC, in June 2019. It is now November 2022, and they still haven't paid my agency. (Therefore, I haven't gotten paid.)

Bought two swimsuits and exchanged one for a different size. Customer services team were really helpful and sorted the exchange very quickly. Absolutely love the pieces and get complimented on them whenever I wear them!

UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND. I ordered in MARCH!! They're now not replying to me after saying my refund was being processed over a month ago. This is literally left. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have a considerable amount of my money

My wife bought a dress from @paperlondon they sent the wrong item and have been giving her the run around ever since. We’ve been weeks waiting for the refund. Do not trust your money with this company. No phone number either so seriously dodgy

Terrible customer service

I love this brand
I love this brand, the clothes fit me well and I always feel special wearing them. I am about to invest in a Paper swimsuit too for the summer. Items have always arrived quickly.

Great customer service!
Ordered a swimsuit and it arrived so quickly I couldn’t believe it. It didn’t fit me but their customer services were so helpful and got the correct size to be in time for my holidays. Love the ethics of this company and the customer service was faultless!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced
I ordered a bikini for next day delivery. Ten days, and several ignored emails, later and it had still not been picked from the warehouse. They do not have a phone number to call for help and all attempts at this point to find out what is happening had been completely ignored (email, Facebook, website chat).
Finally an email was sent back on the 11th day apologising and after a really good conversation explaining they were having a change in management, I placed a new order directly with the sales manager, which I was told would be dispatched 'the next day'. It did not arrive. It is now day 16 and they are now ignoring my emails again.
I may as well have been robbed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
