Collection not happened and no response
I paid for a collection on 24.10.2024, the collection was due to happen from Dublin on 25.10.2024 so the next working day. it is now 05.11.2024 and the collection still has not happened, there is no phone number on the Parcel connect web-site only a e-mail address, I have e-mailed several times with no response. the service and communication is very poor and it has me questioning parcel connects ability to do what they offer and what you the customer pays for!
Very disappointed!
I sent a parcel 10 days ago to Sports Direct. My parcel seems to be still in the Parcel Connect store. I'm really disappointed by the service provided by Parcel Connect.

Very helpful customer service. My package was missing the returns label and I was contacted by a member of staff who notified me of this issue. They were very pleasant to deal with and proactive with trying to help me rectify this issue.
Parcel returned “ paperless “
Parcel returned “ paperless “. Parcel connect cashier refused QR return code on iPhone & scanned original barcode on parcel instead , saying “ I know as I do this all the time “ . The return seems to be “lost” in Ireland since 9th September & parcel connect won’t answer their WhatsApp ! €378 worth of goods missing 😩🤬🤬

I had an issue with my parcel as there was no return label placed on it, Parcel Connect contacted me, and they quickly resolved it by asking me to provide a QR code for the return. Their service was efficient, friendly and they handled the problem promptly. Thank you!

Wouldn’t recommend for parcel returns
Wouldn’t recommend for parcel returns. No response to multiple emails (despite an automatic response outlining a 48 hour response rate which doesn’t happen whatsoever). Returns can take over a month, parcels aren’t pick up from drop off point for weeks.
