Clear and efficient

Excellent customer service in sorting out an issue re a unscanned return.

Two parcels missing. Thankfully one has been found after much chasing but now I'm being ghosted about the second one. I have receipts from the return store but nobody taking responsibility. €95 out of pocket as a result. Disaster.

Ashling was extremely helpful after my order was found in the return depot without a label. She contacted me and sorted it out.

Ashling reached out by WhatsApp to fix an issue with an incorrect process occurring at the in store returns depot at an apple green store. All I had to do was screenshot my QR code received by email and send it to Ashling. This was a super quick way to fix the issue and a really appreciate Ashling reaching out to fix this problem.

I'm still waiting on two deliveries that was posted on Monday, I don't know who to get hold of to enquire on my delivery as I have to be stuck home waiting for them to come. I can't contact anyone to find out and I'm single the tracking number and it's saying tracking number not found, please can someone give me a contact number or something to enquire on my deliveries. Thank you

Leanne has been great to action my return as there was as issue (retailer issue) with the return labels. Most stores do not accept QR codes therefore a lot of miscommunication took place. Leanne was good to rectify this for me!
