What a great service.
It was my 1st time using this service but I would definitely use it again.
Staff person that served me at parcel pick up was just so lovely & friendly.
Parcel was very well packaged.

Had a heath scare and they held on to my parcel as unable to collect for a couple of weeks so fantastic service

I was very disappointed with the…
I was very disappointed with the service because I received an email to say parcel was ready to be collected but it was not there.I contacted Parcelpoint and they said it was there?? I was told someone would follow it up and get back to me,but they didn’t.I had to make several calls to chase up my parcel and eventually I got it,but had to call direct to National storage as I didn’t get an email to say it was finally ready.

Never a problem
The standard at Parcelpoint has always been the same - very high. Timely messages that my parcel is awaiting pickup. Staff are always warm, friendly and quick to attend and always aware of the items location. The transactions are always completed without problems in a few minutes. Knowing my package is safe & secure until I collect it, always gives peace of mind.
