Parcel ready and waiting.
My parcel was waiting for me slightly earlier than expected and in good shape. My identity was somehow not my eBay user ID. Slight confusion until I guessed what was going on. Really quick and easy way to get a parcel though.

Incompetent store clerk almost lost my parcel.
Usually there is always good experience with using Parcel Point but not on this Chempro Sumner Park point. The store clerk initially said that he couldn't find the parcel and said that it hasn't arrived. I insist for him to check again and voila he found it. If I didn't asked him to check again, it would have been a drama with the seller.

Efficient and friendly staff
There was a lady on duty with a younger guy. The guy was new and the lady was teaching him. They were both very friendly, quick and efficient. It is always a good experience to pop into National Storage to collect my parcels.
