This company continually spam call, pretending to send cheques for claims I never made. They try and get you to sign documents on their domain name, presumably to sell on the details.

Parker Kerrigan, a trading name of Harcus Parker SRA ID 653501. Overtly misrepresented their authority as a sales tactic to take control of my existing DCA claim. During their cold call, they stated they were acting directly on behalf of Blackhorse Finance and after signing their agreement that they would be issuing a cheque within 30days.

Skeptical this was the case I raised this directly with Blackhorse who confirmed they would be issuing all future communications themselves and not through a third party like Parker Kerrigan.

Please do not be fooled by Parker Kerrigan.
