Yet again another month and another email wanted proof of I.D having submitted 4 times already and still unable to contact this company and speak to someone regarding my claim I've sent a few different emails and got the same automated response what a poor service although provided a speedy service to get you to sign up

The Claims Guys are dealing with my claims,and have kept me updated at all times great communication

You’ve asked for photo Id but :-
a) why do you need photo id ?
b) when I clicked on the response icon it wouldn’t allow me to upload anything !!

Kept informed at all stages so far, no complaints this end thanks.

Great communication with regular updates and easy access to portal to add additional information when requested.

So far so good, regular communication is a must and that has been met

I trust the claims guys as I've used their services previously.
What is happening with these large financial institutions is beyond reproach. Time wasting and red tape beyond belief.

The whole thing seems to be taking forever and constantly having to provide proof of identity

This company constantly request the same information wish I had not signed up

Constantly harassing to get the same information over and over again.

I am bored of this now. Dozens of emails, no action. Just drawn out nonsense.

I've said tens of times the signature page you keep sending me does not work. Also there are Agreements with VW you cannot find and I don't have the numbers. A frustrating experience dealing with you and I may cancel my instructions if it continues this way.

You have asked me on the latest information update today 31/7/26 for driving license and photo identification I have already sent this information to you months ago, please check your records Many thanks

Keep trying to release myself from this company but emails bounce back. Send endless emails telling you absolutely nothing. Total waste of time. Avoid.

Always kept updated on all aspects

I have tried to cancel my claim within the 14 days cooling off period by email. I was told to do this by the portal which I could not get onto. This was with in 7 days. So I emailed back and told them I couldn’t get onto the portal and to accept my email as my cancellation request. I didn’t hear nothing for 8 days obviously taking me over the 14 day cooling off period, asking for my driving licence info again, as I have to go through the portal they are stating.
I refuse to re upload my licence, as they know my identity as they have been emailing me. I have also pointed out twice occasions plus this attempt, in writing via email I have requested to cancel the claim and it’s taken them over a week to reply which is a delay tactic. They claim they are not allowing me to cancel.
Be very careful obviously I have the proof I have noticed them of my right to cancel if I need it at any time. My experience shows they are not a very trustworthy firm. Take from this as you will.

Probably the qorst company ive gone with. Nothing but a bad experience. Ive put in a car finance claim which the finance company has confirmed. Ive called the claims guys so ao many times left them several voice messages over the last several months. Ive sent them so many emails, they have not even bothered to contact me back and neither have they bothered to reply to any of my emails. They have countlessly sent me emails upon emails to do a electronic signiture. How many do you need at this point ive lost trust and thinking of moving my claim as these guys dont want to bother, bad customer service at this point ive lost confidence if my clqim os going to get anywhere. And please stop messaging me over and over again for signatures please.
