Y’all’s price isn’t reflective of what’s on the sign. Also great job for being a leech on society by owning an empty basic parking lot and charging people to park there you bunch of rats. Like what did yall think I was going to give yall an honest review of A PARKING LOT. YALL DONT EVEN HAVE AN APP LIKE ATLEAST MAKE IT CONVENIENT FOR ME TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY.

Our bus driver (asian) was fabulous. So very helpful. We did not have experience with other drivers but I am sure they are great.

Great location, good lighting and easy instructions for parking

The sign said 3-4 hours $10, I select three hours, paid $10, was back to my car before the end of the 4th hour and received a $40 parking ticket.

This was my first time using an app for payment and it worked very well. I liked that it sent me a notice when time was running out and I was given the opportunity to extend. lot was clean and well lit

Mediocre experience on iPhone web experience. Clunky checkout process. Had to walk back two blocks to restart it when I got kicked out, and had to go back to restart from WR code.

Your QR code took me to a bogus website, that I had to cancel my card for. This will be looked into.

Affordable and easy to park and pay

Normally this lot would have cost me about $10 to park for the time I need. You felt it necessary to increase this cost to $25 because there happened to be an event nearby during this time frame. Did you provide any increased service to me. No! You do realize I hope that your lot was approx. 98% empty.

You did not accept either of my credit cards on the website presented by the QR code

I looked up the prices previously online and it said that a day pass cost $12, but when I showed up it ended up being $20 before fees. I had no time to find a cheaper lot, so I was disappointed. Not an awful price for the area though, I just wish I had the correct pricing beforehand. My car was safe when I returned.

Park.com is too complicated. The parking price was ok. There are too many questions and too much information seeking. It takes 5 minutes at least just to get through the process. Keeping it simple and fast.

It took me hardly any time to sign up for parking. I stayed longer than I thought I would but it was easy to extend the time.
